Just an overnight stay on a cross-country road trip. No problems.

The “manager” Thomas literally tried physically fighting me because i had told him 3 times the dishwasher wasn’t working. Then I included the light i. The bathroom fell on my head. He responded with well you didn’t go to the hospital. Kicker her then charged my card a day after my reservation was canceled and committed credit card fraud. DO NOT STAY here!!!!

I was in a car accident and was not able to enjoy my stay at the reserved location. It was sad but im recovering.

Have stayed in this hotel many times and always enjoy my stay. The area around the hotel is pretty barren but my stays are only one night since I'm passing through so doesn't really impact me. Good value.

Nice rooms and clean. Only complaints are you can’t get the room dark for morning and you can hear doors around you early in the morning

Do not stay here , beware. Rooms are dirty and aren’t stocked with listed items as they say for kitchen etc. As a senior it’s a disaster, the front desk is horrible to deal with and do not care about guests . This Best Western and the staff should all be ashamed.

Our room was clean, beds were comfy. Our pillows weren't super soft like some hotels so I was very appreciative of that. It was all we needed for our one night stay as we travelled East.

Everything was perfect until12 midnight the adjacent room dog starting barking. He barked at least 4 more times during the night. Needless to say my wife and I did mot sleep well.

Super friendly staff, comfy bed, spacious room, bit of a strange layout, coffee and breakfast could’ve been better. But overall great value and a nice stay.

Enjoy the easy check in, asked staff for places for dinner and was given multiple places. Enjoyed the stay.

Great room, and super staff. Just need some handicap parking areas. There has been a few but all the signs have been removed. Makes it a little more difficult to get my Mom in the building with a wheelchair.

There is nothing within walking distance of 20 min. Bugs in the room bugs in the dining area. They closed the pool because it is aug the 6th and the tepmerure is still over 100 degrees outside. The bathtub had a drip and the entire bath floor was wet in the monining. At least the bed was comfortable

Day 9 of a 12 day family road trip. We booked this room specifically because it had 2 queens and and pull out couch. Which it did. But after staying there my kids, wife and I agreed we would have been better off staying somewhere else. The hotel was a little rundown, poor repair work. The microwave did not have a an outlet to be plugged in at. The worst part was the room smelt horrible like bad mildew or mold. The next day we stayed in a Comfort Suites and we decided that will be our move going forward.

When we arrived I was double booked. I had two rooms but only needed one.
They actually ask if I wanted both rooms because I had already paid for it.
They wouldn’t refund one of the rooms, so I ended up paying $250 for the one room I used.

Staff was helpful with broken remote & extra pillows. Breakfast needs some work though...minimal effort in that area. Water bottle refill station not working properly.

Property across the street is crawling with suspicious persons and activity.
More exterior lighting and security cameras would be helpful.

Great amenities but the property is in an obvious state of neglect. The breakfast was minimal at best and not very good. The room and several things that were broken and it wasn't that clean. The towels were about the cheapest I've ever seen , then, small, and dingy.
We loved having the kitchen and the room was spacious but it is definitely in decline.

This hotel was mediocre at best but the service was horrible. The staff was incredibly rude, hanging up on me twice and refusing to provide me with a receipt for my stay. They would not allow me to cancel one night of my stay DESPITE the fact that I had paid the higher rate to ensure that I would be able to cancel if needed. I will be reporting this particular location to the Best Western Hotel chain as well as to the BBB.

The stay was fine. But check in took forever. My husband had to ring the bell multiple times and call the facility twice while standing at the desk before the guy woke up and came and checked us in!

Hotel was fine overall, but the mattress on our bed was a disaster. Worse, when we told the front desk (manager?) the next morning, he informed us all their mattresses were very comfortable. Guess we imagined those springs coming through.

I love this hotel. The beds are super comfy and it’s clean. I stay out of town 6-8 months out of there year. This would make my second stay.

The hotel is very nice overall but in a not so nice part of town. Most buildings around are abandoned.
