Cozy, quaint, artsy cottage in the heart of Warm Springs. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants, galleries, trails, spa, the Warm Springs Pools and more! 5 mile drive to The Homestead Resort. Begin your day with coffee on the glass porch, among the treetops while listening to the clock-tower chime the hour and end it with sunsets around the fire pit before enjoying amazing stargazing. Take the walking tour down Germantown Road beginning at the Waterwheel and visit the Bath County Historical society. Convenient centralized location. Enjoy the charm of the claw foot tub and farmhouse sink. You’ll get a true taste of nostalgia and cottage mountain living! Queen bedroom and single bedroom share a door. Can be closed and used as two bedrooms or opened and used as a suite. Roll away bed is available.

This was an effect stay for a weekend girls trip in Warm Springs. Well-maintained historic home in the best location central to everything. Easy check in and great communication with property manager. All just wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at Lavender Hill Cottage. The home is in an excellent location and has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The cottage is cozy and inviting. Communication from the property manger was outstanding. We highly recommend this home and truly enjoyed our time in Warm Springs!

This little cottage is amazing. The location is great. The place is fully stocked aside from food. My only complaint is the flat bed pillows but I usually bring my own anyway but forgot this time! 10/10!

Beautiful old-fashion house with everything you need during your stay and more! We had booked the house for the Christmas weekend and arrived to find the house decorated with fresh pine branches and nice holiday touches in every room. The house is both homey and functional and was perfect for our family of four + Wheats the dog.

This was the most charming cottage. The host and property manager were kind and welcoming. They both responded to any of my questions quickly. The area was beautiful and we enjoyed a peaceful Moms’ weekend away. We would most certainly stay again. We even got to wake up to a beautiful dusting of snow the morning we left.

The hostess was so responsive and nice. When we arrived she had the electric/gas fireplace going and Christmas music playing. It automatically relaxed us and set up a most enjoyable weekend. We will definitely be visiting again.

Cozy cottage right in between Warm Springs and Hot Springs VA. Very good communication with owner and property manager. We did everything we wanted to in the area with very short jaunts from the cottage. Scenery and neighborhood is very beautiful. Cottage was well appointed and comfortable. ❤️

We stayed for 2 nights at this sweet cottage and felt right at home the moment we walked in. Pam the property manager is wonderful and we had everything we needed, plus thoughtful details that made it extra special.
It was close to all the things we love to do in Warm Springs, and had lovely views of the mountains from the front porch. The grounds are beautifully kept and so pretty. I LOVE animals but am allergic, so I always bring Benadryl or Claritin when staying at pet-friendly properties, but I had ZERO allergies here. We really enjoyed ourselves! Thank you Pam and Jami - it's a wonderful spot!

Our family enjoyed staying in this cute cottage. Location was perfect. We enjoyed the warm springs, hiking and kayaking, all which were near the cottage. It was nice that we were able to take our 2 dogs. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

My sons and I enjoyed our 2 night stay at this cozy cottage. All our needs were met during our stay. Kitchen stocked with all basic necessities. Comfortable beds. Close to eateries and nearby attractions. Half Mile from the Warm Springs pools and we had a wonderful meal at the Warm Springs Inn. Enjoyed a hike at the Dan Ingals over look. The owner/host/manager very friendly and kept in touch via texting.

My Wife and I have visited Warm Springs several times over the years and always enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and of course the Jefferson pools. We were looking for a place to stay for a long weekend to enjoy warm spring water in the newly renovated pool buildings and to celebrate Mothers day. To accommodate 4 persons and 2 dogs, we found Lavender Hill cottage which is located closely to the Jefferson pools.
The accommodations are excellent, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances. The cottage is cozy and neat, it has a real cottage feel.

This lovely home was perfect for our girls' weekend getaway. The vintage feel and decor made it so unique, and we felt right at home here. The home is located just 1 mile away from the Warm Springs Pools, which we visited twice. There are so many fun things to do in the area, including horseback riding and hiking. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Warm Springs!

We rented this cute cottage for several days this winter. We immediately felt right at home! It is very close to the Warm Springs pools and accessible to Hot Springs and the Honestead, hiking and great restaurants. Communication with the host was perfect. We also loved being able to bring our dog. ❤️

The accommodations were perfect for our party of 4 adults plus canines. The cottage was well equipped for all our needs. We'd definitely stay there again next time we come up to enjoy the Jefferson Pools...very convenient and the price was right!

It was such a cozy and perfect cottage for a weekend getaway. The hosts are fantastic with communicating and have thought of a bunch of little touches to make the stay really wonderful. We loved that we could walk to a delicious restaurant for dinner (Waterwheel Restaurant at the Gristmill Square Inn). We came to Lavender Cottage for a relaxing weekend away and it was absolutely perfect :)

Wife and our dog had a quick 2 night stay in Warm Springs after Christmas. The cottage was a charming spot on a hill overlooking the Warm Springs. Plenty of space, very clean, and close to the "pools" (less than 1 mi.) and Hot Springs (5 mi.), and some quick trips deeper into the mountains. Beautiful skies, and it gets very quiet in Warm Springs at night...just perfect.
The host was very responsive. Couldn't ask for more.

My family spent a wonderful five days in Bath County and this quaint cottage was a delightful place to stay. It is very conveniently located to the Warm Springs Gallery, the Waterwheel Restaurant, the Tavern at the Warm Springs Inn and the newly re-opened Warm Springs Baths. We look forward to the next visit.

Property was cute but could've been a bit cleaner. The amenities provided were lovely and we had a nice time on the glass porch. The home is pretty central to many sites but there are no sidewalks around the property to safely walk anywhere. There was plenty of firewood provided so lighting a nice fire right in the front yard was a highlight of the trip.

We loved our stay at Lavendar Hill Cottage! It was the perfect location, near great food in Warm Springs but also just a quick drive to the Omni Homestead! The house had everything we need for the two of us to stay :) The owners are super responsive as well with great food and hiking recommendations! We will definitely be back!

This cute house is on a hill looking out at the beautiful mountains of Bath County. It is roomy and cozy with a well stocked kitchen and the most conveniently arranged claw foot tub with shower I have seen. The host and manager were super friendly and helpful. A great place for a visit!
