Diamond Beach 7PH-3 - Italian Villa is a 2/2 condominium located at the much sought-after Diamond Beach Resort. This luxurious property boasts both an indoor and one-of-a-kind outdoor swimming pool with 300' lazy river. The amenities at Diamond Beach Resort seem endless - game room, work out facility, business center (for those who must work while on vacation), cabanas, wine room, movie rooms (by reservation). This property is located on the beach side of the road and this particular unit is located on the penthouse floor. This penthouse unit, the 7PH-3 is luxury from the front door throughout the unit. The view from the living room, kitchen and primary bedroom are all of the Gulf. Guests will enjoy the most spectacular morning views of the sunrise from the balcony - above the tree line where birds fly and shrimp boat views are in abundance. Relax and watch as the brown pelicans swoop by circling and diving into the Gulf of Mexico. This is a strictly non-smoking unit (no smoking on the balcony, please). Sorry, no pets allowed at Diamond Beach Galveston . Parking is limited to 2 cars. Once you have arrived you will begin life in the lap of luxury. This penthouse property is decorated in a unique old world style - much like a coastal town in Italy. The property has a large open concept living, dining and kitchen area with floor to ceiling windows. The primary bedroom (king) has a door that opens so guests can see the morning sunrise without ever leaving the bed. Queen size roller bed is adjacent to the armoire in the master - can be used anywhere in the property. The primary en suite bath features a dual vanity and step in shower. Bedroom two also has a queen size bed This property will accommodate 6 guests. The second restroom is for shared use. Relax and enjoy life at the Penthouse! DIAMOND BEACH RESORT Diamond Beach Resort is a five-star, luxury getaway, located on the West End, just at the end of the Seawall, world’s longest continuous sidewalk. All units offer a private balcony with expansive and unobstructed Gulf Views. Guest will be able to watch the waves roll in and crash against the Seawall, watch the seagulls and pelicans fly overhead and look down below to the outdoor pool and lazy river, without leaving your condo. Diamond Beach Resort amenities include a three-tiered 300′ cascading infinity outdoor pool, 750′ outdoor lazy river (guests must bring own tubes), outdoor water slide (peak season 11 am – 7 pm), two outdoor hot tubs, outdoor swim-up bar and grill (peak season), sand volleyball court, cornhole, chess, ping pong, grills (9 am – 7 pm by reservation), cabana rentals (9 am – 5 pm by reservation), outdoor shower, indoor heated pool, outdoor veranda perfect for watching the sunset, game room, Ocean Movie Theater (open to public before 3 pm and private reservations after that time), Wine and Dine Room, children’s Jungle Playroom, 24/7 fitness center, 24/7 business center, conference room, vending machines, secure building and gated community. Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, City Police and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson. This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions. Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit). If guests are interested in floating on the lazy river, Diamond Beach does not supply the tubes, and it highly recommended to purchase prior to arriving on the island, as they at times there may not be enough supplies at local stores to keep up with demand. Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries. Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests. Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices. All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay. We only stayed 2 nights over Valentine’s but wish we could have stayed longer. This time of year it is very peaceful and romantic at the beach. The view and location were excellent.

My only complaints: there are only 6 bath towels in the bathrooms, so you will be doing laundry everyday. I found used paper towels in the arms of and under the patio furniture. I emailed the rental property about a burned out light bulb, not a big deal, but they didn't even have the courtesy to respond at all.

The condo is beautiful, clean, and stocked with all necessary items. We felt very comfortable. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The property is gorgeous and clean. We enjoyed all pools including the lazy river. We came during the off season (April) so the slide and swim up bar were closed. The beach was just ok as far as beaches go. Very shelly and no opportunity to rent beach gear on-site. You need to order beach gear ahead of time. Overall we had a great stay and highly recommend this unit.
