Don't miss out on the fun, book your stay today *** ABOUT THE HOME: Geauxing Coastal 30A is the perfect ocean oasis designed to fit your needs and keep you at ease. The master on the main floor features a king bed and access to the large screened in porch. This home has an open living concept perfect for a couple of families to get together! On the second level, there is a bunk room with 4 full size beds, and another master with a king bed. All bedrooms have their own ensuite. ABOUT THE AREA: Tranquil Shores is a community located in Seacrest with only 6 coastal cottages. This community is in one of the best locations on 30A. You have easy access to all that 30A has to offer, but with the secluded feeling this unique neighborhood provides. Seacrest is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and in an uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm with many options for recreation as well as dining in communities nearby like Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and the Big Chill. BEACH ACCESS: Private beach: Two minute walk and your toes are in the sand! Entrance is at the Tranquility on the Beach Condos across the street. The street number is 8600 and is visible at the gate. The gate is located directly to the left of “8600.” There is a vendor located on the beach for chairs! Public beach: Seacrest Drive Access. Head out onto 30A and go west. The beach access is about 300m down the road! ACCOMMODATIONS: • Bedroom 1 - 1 King, ensuite • Bedroom 2 – 1 King, ensuite • Bedroom 3 - Bunk Room 4 Full/Full beds, ensuite PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: • 4 Bikes • Community Pool (6 houses share) • Coffee Maker • Grill – Propane • Smart TVs • Large screened in porch with large dining table • Washer and dryer • Full linen package • Fully stocked kitchen PARKING: This home includes 3 parking spaces with no overflow parking available. HOUSE RULES: • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM • No smoking or vaping • Renters must be 25 years of age or older • During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees • Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues. • An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods. IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". This 3 bedroom 6 beds house that sleeps 12, has a very large front covered porch n upstairs has large patios. Lots of outside space n plenty seating. They also have a beautiful pool area. Everything was really nice.

House was incredible. Very clean, beds comfortable, lots of space. Perfect location. The property managers Daisy and Hollie were very communicative and made checking in and checking out a breeze. 10 out of 10, will be back for sure!

Super nice property. Close to eateries, loved the pizza spot Brozzini close by, and perfect pig just down the road and Angelinas. Bonus pool!! 30a beach girls is so good at communication and helping you plan. They even leave you detergent, soap, left coffee pods, cookies and flowers!!! Complimentary all of it. Walk to the beach.. so quick.Bikes included to!! Nothing but kind things to say about this property and the company!!! Going to try for a summer stay.

Loved the location near the beach, very short walk. The home had everything we needed, even bikes. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here on another trip. Excellent communication with 30a beach girls. Very responsive and patient to my many questions.

This was the PERFECT spot to stay for our annual girls trip. The house was beautiful and clean and very comfortable. All of the beds were extremely comfortable (even the bunks!) and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is very close to the beach & the private beach access made getting there a breeze. The pool was a great place to hang out on a windy beach day. We loved the location as it was close to everything, but private and out of the way of the super busy areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall the house and location are great. The setup worked well for our group with quick access to the beach and a great, usually empty or not crowded pool. However, there were quite a few seemingly easy-to-fix things that were overlooked with the house that were a bit frustrating during our trip. Upon arrival our door code was not working, and when we called we were given a universal entry code for our house, but never an updated one for the rest of our stay, which kind of seems like a security issue. The door handle on our front screened porch was broken off, there were large water marks on the couches, Cheeto fingerprints going up the stairwell walls, and the oven did not work. I put in a service call for the oven at 7:30 in the morning and did not have maintenance out to fix it until dinner time that evening.

My family and I truly loved our visit and our stay at this house as everything was so convenient! The beach and the pool were within walking distance and we had plenty of room. The house was cozy and comfortable yet we were disappointed that the gas grill didn't work! Love the large screened in porch.

This was one of the best beach vacations ever. The house is absolutely stunning and is super cozy . It has everything you need to feel at home. It's super close proximity to the beach is so convenient and you are super close to all of the action, yet tucked away for privacy. We can't wait to return .

We stayed at the house next door several times and we were so happy to stay here!! The outside screened in porch and upper deck were amazing! The house was spotless and very well appointed. The only issue was the bikes are definitely not the ones pictured. They sent someone out to fix the bike but it was spring break so they didn't make it. We were able to use our golf cart most of the time anyway so it was fine. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this home.

This house was perfect. It was very clean and well equipped. Felt like a second home immediately. Enjoyed the huge screened in porch for morning workouts and the upper deck for watching the sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed. One challenge - when we got there it was cold and when we turned on the heat, it roasted the upstairs but did not heat the downstairs. Management responded immediately but there was nothing they could do as it was a duct problem until the owners were contacted for a larger repair. We appreciated the fast and honest response and it did not matter to us because it warmed up and we just left it off. But it needs to be addressed. Also the bikes are older and not great and next time we will bring our own. Having said that, I would rent this house again without hesitation. Great location in between rosemary and Seaside. Warning to those wanting to rent between Christmas and New Years in the future. It is packed like the summer. That was unexpected. Maybe COVID and people wanted to stay close to home.
