Under no circumstances can guests go past the patio railing or down the driveway to the lake. That is private property and is heavily monitored with the owners’ cameras. Any trespassers will be reported to the authorities as the owners deem fit. Lastly, given that we reside in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, we are extremely discerning in who we share our home and community with.
