The location and everything else was perfect.

My only issue was that they didn’t clean the pool.

There was no breakfast

The check in did not go as smooth as expected. I booked for 5 people which meant I would be using the sofa bed. To my surprise there was no linen provided for the sofa bed. I was told by the host "I did not request linen for the sofa bed"! For two nights the sofa bed was used without any linens on the mattress. When you have a short stay (3nights) there is really no room for mix ups. The communication and response by the host should have been better. There were no water glasses and only one tea spoon. The main shower needs a new shower head. The water trickles out of both the head and the lower faucet. I had to ask where the towels were located since they were not visible. Then I had to ask for one more even though I filled out the booking for 5. I know this seems minor but when you arrive at 2:30 AM and have to leave out by 6AM to make an appointment, there is very little room for this type of needless error. I was not informed I needed to go down to the security office to pickup the things left. I am a seasoned traveler. When you list three beds, you should have them ready for the guest.

The rooms were cozy and the check in process was very quick

The pool was dirty

I loved that it was cleans and spacious.

I’m not sure if the pool was cleaned before we got there but there were some leaves in it and we couldn’t find anything to get them out however it wasn’t so bad

double balcony made it very convenient to entertain my guests while entertaining myself privately.

The apartment it was just beautiful and relaxing and the view during the night was amazing

The shower head wasn’t working but besides that everything was amazing

Property is excellent, location and view is very nice and the apartment is very clean.

Conveniently located near major shopping facilities, spacious and comfortable environment. Very clean as well. We definitely will be going back. Both security were very helpful.

Some of the lights did not work but they weren't necessary. What could have made our stay more comfortable was if we were provided with certain condiments like little pockets of tea offerings.
