Very good convenient location, easily accessible. Hotel staff was very flexible, allowing us to keep baggage in lobby until 8pm as our flight was at midnight. Also tables provided in lobby dining space for us purchase food from elsewhere to eat there. Water, coffee and tea (and biscuits) available at all times.
Rooms rather small and tight, there isn't even space to lay out our suitcases. Quite pricey for a hotel room that is just good enough to sleep. Even the roof terrace that offers nice views is not very spacious.

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The design was minimalist, which fit our needs perfectly. There wasn't too much clutter that you may find in other hotels. The location was perfect, close enough to the city centre that travelling wasn't too difficult but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. For reference, Senso-ji is a 7-10 min train ride or 30 min walk, and Ginza is a 20 min train ride. The rooftop garden was especially peaceful and there was a perfect view of Tokyo Skytree. The nearest train station was a 3 min walk and Tokyo Skytree is an attraction of itself, with a huge shopping centre underneath. There are plenty of amenities so you will not struggle for food, drink, or convenience stores in the nearby area.
There wasn't a division between the main room and the bathroom, save a net curtain and a sliding, frosted "glass" door for the toilet. Although I travelled with my partner, the lack of privacy of the bathroom space was difficult to navigate at times. We would have much preferred a more obvious divide between the main room and the bathroom, e.g. a solid door

The view!
The layout of the room and a very good shower.
Nothing in particular. Everything was fine.

Close to sky tree which is easy to access on public transport. The room was clean and the cleaner was very friendly
The bed was quite hard and it wasn’t easy to get the room at a nice temperature. Also a little more shelves next to the sink would be nice.

One@Tokyo was initially chosen after seeing a spacious room thumbnail sent in a promotional email. The decision to eventually book was based on this photo, despite the actual room reserved being far smaller. Unfortunately, upgrading wasn't an option due to full capacity. Nevertheless, the room was tastefully attired, featuring a large flat-screen TV, a cozy double bed, a discreet cubby-hole filled with amenities, and a state-of-the-art Japanese toilet. The hotel's proximity to the Sky Tree (Oshiage) made up for any shortcomings, leaving little to complain about.
The only drawbacks were the inability to upgrade to our desired room with a view of the Sky Tree and the absence of tea and coffee services after 9 pm each evening.

Very cool and very comfortable. We had a really spacious and well designed room. Love the eating area down (good 7/11 just around the corner to bring back food). Best BBQ restaurant right across the road.

Staff were excellent
I booked the hotel to fid a luxury stay at the end of our Japan trip. It was double the prize of surrounding hotels, and doubel what we had paid om average. My fault to the price reflected the quality.
The room was smaller than any we had stayed in, and the bathroom also very small, the smallest. The TV was not internet liked, which we had experienced at a hotel half the price.
Once I saw the size of the room I immediately went on line. The hotel was selling the same size room for that night for half the price we had paid.
It was my fault that I thought double average price meant better than average quality. If you book here I suggest you look at average rates locally first and don't pay more than that.

Clean, and good access to a metro station.
Very much more of a private room in a hostel rather than a hotel.
Personally wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone who plans on using the hotel as a hub to go back and forth to throughout the day; more of a place to sleep at the end of the night after exploring all day.
The property is also relatively far away from the main touristy areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku.
It is also relatively expensive for what you get, with other 4 and 5 star hotels only costing a little bit more; I would recommend spending that little bit extra for something more comfortable and central.

Breakfast offered was great and also good priced. The hotel lobby had all sorts of tea and fresh filter coffee for free.
The rooms are tastefully decorated and king room was very spacious. The rooftop was a great touch to relax and enjoy the view of Tokyo Sky Tree. Good connected to the metro lines, you can even take a direct train from the closest metro stop to the airport, which was really great since we had a lot of bags with us.
Bathroom situation lacked a little bit of privacy. The toilet door was a bit see through and not isolating any sound. Maybe an extra and thicker curtain between the room and the bathroom area can provide a bit more privacy.

staff were very kind, cleaning service and maintenance was offered every morning. close to station, restaurants and entertainment. check in was easy and staff spoke english.
the standard rooms were quite small - difficult to move around with large luggages

The location is great, as it is close to the Skytree. Streets are quite and the stay is very comfortable.
Although it is close to good restaurants and shops, you typically have to travel at least 20 min to reach any great cafes, restaurants, or shops.

Atelier suite is a beauty. Spacious, comfortable, modern and with Japanese soul; wonderful design. Nice touch with white curtains along the corridors and good industrial vibe in a common/ breakfast area. We would love to come back there.
Great location; perfect for Tokyo Skytree, very convenient for Sensoji temple (a pleasant walk across the river), and very practical for Narita airport (cheap direct trains from a nearby station).
Fantastic staff. Friendly, calm, patient. They even managed to book a good barber for myself and a beautician for my partner, on a day, in a very narrow time slot we had, and close to each other, so we could go there and back together (almost an impossible task).
All was fine.
You may consider two small details that were not extremely important bearing in mind the overall comfort:
The mirror above the washbasin is so thick that you may hit it with your head if you want to wash your face or flush your mouth.
The toilet is separated from the room by a thin sliding door only, that I am not sure is soundproof.

simple and good:)
shower is see through that was bit weird for me.

Free tea and coffee and rooftop
The entrance which is actually the reason why I booked this hotel, was in the middle of refurbishment. They even didn’t let me know that beforehand, made me quite annoyed.

I loved how minimal and efficient the hotel was. the rooftop was absolutely amazing with great views.

Nice hotel with cool decore and concept, with a cool location (skytree). Staff was friendly and amenities were good. Everything was super clean and quiet.
The room was tiny, with basically zero storage. We travel light (2 carry-ons each and 1 backpack) and still our luggage basically took up the entire floor space. Another issue I had with the room is that the door for the bathroom was basically a thin sheet of plastic, which offered very little privacy. The plugs also seemed to be in short supply.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel. The staff were courteous, nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating. It is a 3-min walk to Oshiage station. The room is cozy and clean.
The room is so tiny. Tried the breakfast box of pastry, and it was OK but lacked selections for proteins or fresh fruits, still far better than the continental meals offered at most of the North American hotels. I went to the nearby grocery store to buy yogurt and bananas.

Cool and modern hotel. Our room was very large for Japanese standards and had a nice view of Tokyo Sky Tree, which is really close (you can have an even better view from the terrace on the last floor). We loved the coffee corner in the lobby, where you could have free coffee or tea whenever you wanted (and also some cookies as a welcome snack). The option of having a breakfast box from 7 am was also convenient for us as we had to leave early for the airport.
At the time of check-out, there was no staff at the front desk and we didn't know whether we could just leave the key and go, so we had to wait although we were in a hurry.

Rooms are comfortable and the hotel lies in a "quiet" neighborhood in Tokyo. We enjoyed our stay there very much, was a perfect start for our Japan trip.

Great design hotel, with great location where Tokyo Sky Tree is nextdoor.
Easy access, near metro just a walk distance. The rooftop is excellence.

the concept of minimalism and not providing too much really impressed us. however we had everything we needed
disappointed we couldn’t connect out NETFLIX account to neither the TV nor the projector. I think it is a big let down for especially foreign visitors.

Loved the rooftop area.
Wish there’s more space to store belongings in the room, like more cupboards that can be used.
