Fast room service,security guard is very kind and helpful

Dirty rooms,old washroom,shower not working properly,hand wash not refilled,shower gel,shampoo quality is very low. Duvet smells and very dirty,cushions not washed from couple of months,no almirah,no exhaust in the bathroom,no sitting area in the room even a single chair not there,charging socket not working properly. Bad experience with bloom feels like a 1 star hotel

Clean room, friendly and welcoming staff. Loved the bright yellow colour theme.

Room could have been a bit bigger. Limited menu and food options. Alcoholic drinks are not available. They don't take ala-carte food orders until 12pm, hence you can't order ala-carte breakfast. Either go for the breakfast buffet or buy from outside.
