値段にあった施設とは、感じない。　

東館の屋上プールは、素敵でした

朝の受付スタッフが、寝癖に、ノーメイク、受付であれは失礼だと思う。浴場にうんちが落ちていたと伝えてからの、清掃が、雑。バイキングは、男性スタッフの態度がめちゃくちゃ悪い、ゆっくり食事したかったけど、椅子やテーブルを移動させてて、めちゃくちゃうるさかった。配慮してほしい。

Arigato!

This is just a superb, outstanding hotel in a superb natural environment. 1. A fantastic location: one side faces (50 m from) the sea, on opposite side, a nice pine forest. Quiet location, but close to the town and to a railway station. The beach is of sand, long and wide with a few people on it. 2. The rooms are very large and well equipped, with fully opened view of the sea. Every tiny detail was well thought; everything you may think of was provided, including indoor closes. And every corner is perfectly cleaned. 3. Polite, friendly and quickly responsive staff. 4. Interesting and reach, mainly Japanese, kitchen. Overall, I was surprised to get this exceptionally good service and conditions for the relatively small money I paid. This hotel unlikely is for those who likes entertainment, noisy bars and disco. Just for relaxing in Paradise!

The facility and food were excellent but the front service was avarage or below.

The facilities were excellent and the hotel was new and clean. The view from the Thermal Spa was amazing. The dinner (buffet) was tasty and high quality. We enjoyed especilly the fresh squid famaous for that area and desserts were all delicious!

The cost of the stay was very expensive. We paid to join the hotel membership so that we could get some discounts on souvenirs and food in order to earn some points. We earned enough points for free bath tickets for 3 people. We tried to use these points to take a bath but the hotel refused us because it was Saturday and busy. We couldn't understand what is the point of paying to join the hotel membership if we are not treated as members and don't get to use the points. The stuff who dealt was so businesslike and not customer oriented. We were very very disappointed with this treatment because the services otherwise were excellent.

A very comfortable hotel located directly at the beach

A very comfortable hotel located directly at the beach with very nice views and spacious spa area and pools. Excellent service. Everything is provide for including beautiful Kimonos/Yukatas to wear in the hotel. Very rich Japanese breakfast buffet.

Exceptional

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are vast and beautiful, and the sea view is just breathtaking! Moreover, all rooms have sea view. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel also have great spa area, as well as indoor, outdoor, and roof pools. Everything is extremely clean. The hotel itself is brand new. There were also snacks and drinks for free in the room. We felt very relaxed and pampered. Last but not least, we had great massage in the room by an elderly man, we really appreciate it!

Spacious room with beautiful sea view

Gorgeous hotel, spacious room & stunning sea view. The room amenities are superb, they offer DHC products & Japan made Imabari towels.

The buffet was much below my expectation, a bit disappointing, actually food quality was good but very few choices.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. We stayed at West wing, in a wonderful double room and nice view on the beach. Every staff was so nice including those in the front desk and the concierge. I really appreciate the staff at the breakfast buffet who helped me (it was yesterday!) to find my lost phone in the restaurant: they did not speak English, but their attitude and help were so nice. The cook at Tepanakki was also very kind, and he served us wonderfully. I also appreciate Booking.com that transferred my message to the hotel. Frankly, one of the best hotels that I have ever visited in Japan. Thank you!!

felt like I was a celebrity on a private island !

Gorgeous view of the waters and the property is beautiful. Room was roomy, view excellent and bed was luxurious.

Exceptional

Breakfast buffet and dinner at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel were superb. Rooms were spacious, new, well lit, just a pleasure to stay in. Hot springs baths fabulous. Not cheap, but worth it!

everything was excellent, especially the view and the onsen was first class. must stay in the East Wing, rooms are gorgeous.

Everything was excellent except the buffet dinner. we chose the 7pm seating and food was not topped up at the buffet table. food looked cold and tired and half empty.

One of the best hotels in Japan I've ever stayed

This hotel looked pretty nice on paper, but it exceeded our expectations by far! Our room was huge and very comfy (great beds!), the bathroom is very big and nice as well. Our balcony was sooo nice too, directly at the beach overlooking the ocean and the islands. We had dinner, breakfast and a spa treatment and everything was exceptional, but the best thing was the massive spa, with many pools, some heated, many different saunas, a gym etc. Very nice, modern, relaxing and just a perfect match to our holiday needs!

No food! We were not asked about dining options or informed that all restaurants were booked. Also not offered any local options. Had to go and forage on our own.

Poor

The biggest room we stayed in during our trip. One of the few places with a proper swimming pool, although the pool was freakishly cold. The hotel is right next to the beach and the view from the room is beautiful.

It's a big conference hotel, so the atmosphere is rather cold and business orientated. However, the main reason for my bad rating is, that the hotel restaurant is offering a dinner buffet. We went for it one night and what they neither told us nor signposted in any way was, that they serve Fugu - the extremely poisonous blowfish - on the buffet! As sashimi and sushi. I figured it out purely by chance and it scared us. basically ruined our evening. It's probably not as dangerous as the reputation of the fish is in japan anymore, but I thought not telling us was still totally unacceptable. The staff felt awkward when I expressed my disappointment but they still charged us the full price for the dinner.
