Great location! Comfortable conditions, artistic and inspiring atmosphere π
Everything is clean, new and the apartment is very comfy!
The living room has a beautiful fireplace, I sincerely enjoyed kindling a fire there and gazing at the tongues of flame.
Also my daughter fell in love with adorable cats nearby β theyβre so cute and she was melted by love!
Hostess is really sweet and kind! She helped us with all of our questions and weβre very thankful! βΊοΈ She also gifted us a natural Georgian black tea and it tastes great :)

Amazing location in the old town, everything is near by. The hostess is very pleasant lady, very helpful, always reachable. The apartment has everything necessary. We enjoyed our stay very much.
There were moskitoes, be ready for them, as yard is covered with grapes leaves, always in the shade.

Everything you need in the appartment. Very nice little terrace where you can sit outside and Eat your breakfast.. Etc.

The apartment is very clean, spacious and well maintained. Its located centrally. We loved the balcony and the yard. We would love to stay there again!

Tblisi is top city, The apartment was very well located so it helped me to walk and walk and explore the city.

Location is excellent. A literal stone's throw away from all the action in old town (the area between Liberty Square and the Botanical Garden + the area between Liberty Square and the river), nearby supermarkets, public transportation and some of the city's best restaurants and cocktail bars. The apartment is very spacious, comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry machine, and has a porch in a private courtyard. Internet worked fast.
The upstairs neighbors appeared to be running around in their apartment until well after midnight. Given this is an older building, you hear those footsteps quite well.

Great apartment in a super location for exploring Tbilisi on foot. It was really comfortable and bigger than we expected. Was handy to have a washing machine, and communication with the host was always fast and easy. They also left some fresh fruit for us upon arrival which was a very nice gesture. We would definitely recommend this apartment and thought it was great value for money.

The location in the old town of central Tbilisi, near Liberty Square is perfect. The bus 37 runs directly from the airport to Pushkin Gardens, on Liberty Square and from Liberty Square back to the airport. So getting there and away is easy and cheap, current fare is 0.5 Lari. Do have the correct fare for the bus, or a Metro card.
The apartment is clean and airy with Its own sunny terrace.
The upstairs neighbours were a bit noisy at times. The kitchen has no curtains, so you have to make sure you are clothed going into and coming out of the bathroom.
