I booked a king size bed for my family. They gave me double bed and one small bed. I specifically booked a king size for family of 3. Asked for view didn’t even get that.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room did not have a dresser for clothes nor a microwave. Pillows were flat. Room was small compared to other places.

I disappointed with my stay. The place was not clean. My first encounter was the dried up contact lens on one of night stand table, along with other things like the remote control and toilet seat that was not clean.
This really set the tone of cleanliness for me.

Beautiful room the only down side was the partying teens that kept slamming doors on Saturday night between 10 pm and 1 am

Well, I got downgraded to a single with no rate break, but I was perfectly comfortable, and really didn’t care. I am a single. I just didn’t need to be reminded. But they were very nice.

It was ok. I found it had degraded since my last stay about 4 years ago: cleaning rooms every other day, no microwave in room, pillows were quite uncomfortable, breakfast was no that great (eggs were cold). Change my staff rating to 5 stars. they were nice and friendly.

It was quiet and convenient to where I needed to be. The facility is well kept and very clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous, all things to be expected. It is just that, did not go beyond any expectations. There was supposed to be every other day room service and we were there 5 days and the room was done once. Very stingy with towels and all room extras. Had no cups, no pen and paper, had to ask for tissues and a washcloth and hand towels. Must be on a very strict budget I’m guessing. And there is no nondairy creamers, had to buy coffee everyday because there isn’t any. A small annoyance but still annoying. I would probably stay here again but be prepared by bringing my own creamer and asking about more towels, which I shouldn’t have to do!

The room was clean but the mattress needs to be replaced as it was worn out. Breakfast was good with decent choices. The facet in the bathroom was loose and had to tell the management that it needed repair. There were only one set of towels in the room and the room was never cleaned after being there for three nights.

Hotel is centrally, located to where we needed to be, which made it very easy to come and go as we pleased. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The lobby is quite cozy, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It also appears to be a very pet friendly hotel, so would highly recommend for anyone traveling with a dog.

We checked in around 10:30 after driving 6 hours and put my son to bed. We were sitting getting ready for the rest of us to sleep and I saw a bug on my son’s arm. I actually caught it. It was definitely a bed bug. Immediately I checked the corners of the bed and there were more. I immediately notified the manager while my family quickly packed. This was about midnight and now we were not able to book another room for the night. They offered us another room but we checked that one and again in the corner of the beds of that room bed bug scat. We packed checked out and drove home through the night. I would like a full refund. Matt the night manager said he put a note for our stay in their records stating full refund would be given.

After staying here for many times, thus was the first time there weren’t enough towels in the room, nor available bc of staff shortage. Also, the toilet had flushing problems.
There were only 2 paper cups in the room.

The employees were very nice, breakfast was very good. The toilet in our room was running the whole night.... clogged in the morning. There were no facecloths to be had, which was very inconvenient, as we were looking forward to a nice shower. More attention to detail would be nice.

Overall? Great hotel, fast check-in, good, clean room, great breakfast. However, being greeted with a stack of Epoch Times newspapers on the front desk with all sorts of BS transphobic right wing headlines was... a choice. I would expect better from a Hilton.

The gentleman who checked us in was so nice. Room was very nice. Bed comfortable. I slept great.

The lady that checked us in was nice. The room definitely needs to be updated and deep cleaned. Breakfast option was only a waffle bc all the food was gone by 8 am. The lobby area had spills on the floor that had not been cleaned.

Stayed here for the first time for 1 night and it was nicer than what I anticipated! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only 2 downsides during my stay was that my room wasn’t ready until 3:30pm (cleaning delays) and that the property rests on a steep hill. Those are things that were unavoidable, but manageable and didn’t bother me much. Overall my stay was very good and the free breakfast wasn’t bad either. I give this place a solid 8.5/10!

Thermostat broken. Room stifling or freezing. No alternates available. Yackety yacks in room next door didn't stop from 8pm until 1am. Heard every word. Hotel built into a hill. Very cramped.

Great stay for the price I paid!
Our plan for the day was to check in at 3 and head down to the city, but the room wasn't ready at 3:30, so we went out to eat and came back to unpack and get ready. If the room was ready at check in, it would have been a 5/5 stay.
The parking is a steep hill so be ready if that limits you or your vehicle. I can only hope that they maintain it well in rough winter conditions but it's tough to be certain.
Hotel was properly maintenanced and clean. No peeling paint, no noticeable stains, etc. Wish the fan in the bathroom worked for 3 grown men hahaha. PEEYUU.
Breakfast was small but I ate well. If you're in town to spend money, might as well go out to eat if you want a significant upgrade.
Be mindful that the ride into Manhattan at 5pm was a little over an hour, while the drive back at 5am was about half that time.
Overall, it was exactly what I expected for the hotel chain I stayed at.
