Welcome to "Soundside Landing" in southern Surf City on Topsail Island! Fish🐟, crab🦀, kayak🛶 and paddle right off our backyard dock. Walk back and forth from this sound front oasis to the beach all day. Sound front paradise on the intracoastal waterway in the family-friendly neighborhood of Island Oaks. • Kayaks + SUPs • Beach chairs/Cart/Toys * Private Dock • Hot/cold outdoor shower • Gas Grill • Private neighborhood boat launch • Easy 3 minute walk to beach access ALL LINENS & BEACH TOWELS INCLUDED! 🐶 We would love to host your dogs! We allow up to 2 well-trained dogs for a $150 (+tax) flat pet fee. (Sorry, no cats due to allergies.) Dogs are welcome on the beach in Surf City, and you will see many people dining outside with their dogs at the local restaurants. THE TOWN Soundside Landing is located between Surf City & Topsail Beach; just minutes to local restaurants and shops, and the southern tip of the island, Serenity Point. Sweeping intracoastal views from ALL four bedrooms and the open living/dining/kitchen space. 🍳🛋️🍽️ Kitchen/Living/Dining Area: renovated kitchen w/ 4 barstools + 6-seat dining table, large smart TV, access to the upper deck, beautiful intracoastal views 🛌🏻 Bedroom 1: King master w/ lower deck access + sound views, smart TV, spacious closet, ensuite bathroom 🛌🏻 Bedroom 2: Queen bed on upper level w/ closet, ensuite bathroom 🛌🏻 Bedroom 3: Twin over full bunk beds on lower level w/ gaming station+sound views 🛌🏻 Bedroom 4: Queen bed on lower level w/ serene sound views + direct access to the lower deck 🛀 Three Full Bathrooms: 2 lower level bathrooms + 1 upstairs, each with a shower/tub combo 👚Laundry Room: Full-sized washer and dryer on lower level 🪑Decks (2): 2 sound front decks, upper deck features a screened-in outdoor dining area w/ large picnic table 🚣🎣🦀 Dock: Private dock w/ built-in seating, boat tie-ups, and a new ladder 🚗🚿 Carport: hot/cold enclosed shower + parking for up to four cars (no street parking is allowed), new gas grill, kayaks and SUPs, storage room w/ beach cart, bags game, boogie boards, beach chairs & more

We loved this property! We have rented through VRBO many times and this was the absolute best. The home was so clean and had everything we needed to make for a wonderful visit. The home backed up to the Sound with amazing views and the walk to the beach was only 4 minutes at most. The best part was the use of the kayaks! We will definitely stay here again.

Five star property! The house was clean and inviting with little touches throughout (welcome basket, shampoos and toiletries). The fridge and coffee maker were clean and the house had everything needed for our family getaway - fast WiFi, a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and wonderful views of the sound - all within a very short walk to the beach.
We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Krisha's home. We had a very thoughtful welcome note waiting for us when we arrived. The home felt new and updated and we appreciated how clean everything was. There was plenty of space for us and our two boys. The location was perfect...benefits of the sound/marsh views and easy walk through the neighborhood to the beach (the golf cart was helpful when we needed it!). We left feeling very relaxed! We look forward to hopefully returning again.
