This is the Right side of the main house (Cal56Right) Master bedroom with outstanding view of the no wake zone of Alton Bay lake Winnepesaukee "Watch all the boats slowly pass by then take off" .... Or... "Watch the planes landing on the only FAA ice landing strip in the united states in the winter months" from the large deck with retractable awnings for some shade if wanted. Right side comes with a boat slip/dock, pool table, washer/dryer, ice maker, on demand hot water, central air, two refrigerators, tv in every room. Only minutes to all attractions and only 14 minutes to Mount Major and 25 minutes to Gunstock mountain. Sleeps 8. ( Strictly enforced) Can possibly add more with owners approval. Linens are not included but can be for an added charge. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. No trailer parking available.
