The kitchen is fully equipped for the cooks or entertainers in your party and the game room includes a 70" smart TV, wet bar, leather couches, foosball table, and arcade games. There's even a grand piano! In beautiful East Medford, you'll enjoy an easy stroll through a classic neighborhood. Close to downtown shopping, restaurants and wineries An elegant master suite is beautifully designed with a king bed, a walk-in custom-built shower, and plenty of seating areas. There are three additional bedrooms, the largest of which includes a King bed and twin-over-Queen bunk. Two additional rooms add a Queen and another King bed. Make some music on the fully restored, 1906 Baldwin grand piano with genuine ivory keys! The home features a large kitchen with an island to gather around while you enjoy all the modern amenities. The dining room is ready for a game night or a Holiday dinner - bring the whole family! You will also have full access to the laundry room during your stay. There is a balcony and backyard with a private water feature and pathway. Sit under the trees and bring your favorite book. We will take care of the rest. Guest access Upon booking, we will send a welcome letter containing directions and entry code for the front door. Stay was nice, landlord seemed nice. Need new cleaners as we did find a spider in it's web in one of the bedrooms between the wall and bedside table and a few other things. Also would be nice if they had cable or satellite, was hard to get football games and the like.

We had 6 adults staying the weekend for a wedding in Medford. The home was very well equipped, plenty of room to spread out, super comfortable beds, and enough bathrooms for everyone! I am sorry we didn't have a chance to use the kitchen more or the dining room, but maybe next time! Joel was also an excellent communicator and very responsive. The whole family wants to come back for another long weekend.

This is a great house! We enjoyed our stay at the house so much. My siblings and all our spouses each had our own bedroom and with 3 full baths it makes a stay for 8 a breeze. There is a lot of room for lounging in different areas of the house and the kitchen is very large and fairly well equiped with pans and knives etc. We brought our own food processor because we knew we'd be cooking all our meals. There is an Instant Pot, a powerful stand mixer, and many other appliances. If you have a favorite knife or other utensil consider bringing it along. The dining room has a giant table that can fit 10 people easily. Can't say enough good things about the property and the host. Just a great experience overall for our visit to our parents!

We came to Medford for a training event and needed space for 5. House was clean and provided great space. I would definitely recommend it if you need a place to stay in Medford.

This was a beautiful home for the whole family to stay in and enjoy. My grandson loved the games downstairs. The giant bedroom with a king sized bed and bunkbeds was a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for making a family meal. The living room was upstairs and the family room downstairs which is great for families. I would love to return to this home in the future.
