This is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues - multiple steep sets of stone stairs to access apartment. Unusual layout of rooms with lounge up another flight of stairs on Mezzanine floor - awkward for socialising and difficult to keep warm on colder nights. Apartment did not flow in terms of room layout and heating complicated to work out. Location is difficult to find and not lit in terms of signage - drove around several times trying to find it. Complication of street parking and trying to navigate side streets of Newark.

Good layout, two bathrooms, good shower, well equipped, fantastic double height kitchen area and close to Newark town centre.
