We were looking for a quiet place to unwind and relax. This area of the lake was just what we needed.

Property is clean, tidy, and really beautifully but simply decorated. Ideal for calm character but not cluttered. There is more sitting furniture in the living space than shown in the picture which was a very pleasant surprise. The kitchen is easy to use and the colors are easy on the eyes. The island is so handy. The master bedroom is nice with 2 big windows that open on the lake side so the breeze coming in is fantastic especially at night. The master bathroom is snug but not difficult to use. The vanity is a little tall as I am only 5' tall but again not too difficult to use. The rear entry point is a little tricky. A narrow space btwn the house and a garage but certainly not impossible or a deal breaker. The view and the peaceful back patio sitting area more than makes up for the minor quirks. The patio table and chairs are comfy and seat 6. I don't know how it's possible (because I visited end of August) but I didn't see it hear a single mosquito and I spent the entire day on that patio next to the grass and lake. Lots of great water fowl, cranes, a bald eagle, a juvenile bald eagle, pair of ospreys, grebe's, sandhill cranes, plenty of vultures, etc. Truely a relaxing and serene place to stay right on the water. I plan to book here again. Cheryl is a terrific communicator too. This was my first Vrbo experience and I'm afraid any others will be disappointing compared to this. She made this super easy. A huge relief since I was traveling alone on a much needed quiet break.

Lovely lake house on Indian Lake with lovely hosts! We stayed for a week, rented a boat and had a great time. Relaxing spot in a sweet little cottage with everything we needed.

We would definitely stay again. I was surprised how well stocked the home was. They were extra blankets, extra coffee, extra towels, and paper towels and that’s just a Little that was available to us and there’s a beautiful view of the water. Communication was hoof

We had a wonderful stay at Indian Lake and would definitely go again! The house was very cute and met the needs of our family. It was right on the water and we were able to enjoy the kayaks they had. The check-in process was easy, and the property manager was very prompt when we had any questions. Great time!

Everything about this listing is perfect! Location, cleanliness, responsiveness of owner was excellent. The lake is amazing with beautiful views. Just what we needed!

This house was exactly what you would want at the lake. Beautifully decorated and well stocked with basic needs. Terrific lake access, and very quick good communication with the host. Great place if you were taking your dogs.

The location was perfect for a quiet and relaxing weekend at the lake. This part of the lake seemed like a no wake zone so it was great for using the provided kayaks safely and made for a quiet atmosphere. All the extra amenities and the excellent condition of the house made this a very comfortable get a way.

We have a great time

Very quaint and clean cottage. Renovated nicely. Private dock was great for the pontoon we rented from spend a day marina. Fully stocked kitchen. Fire pit with wood provided. Games for the kids on our rainy days. Quiet neighborhood. We have never take our dog on vacation with us and this house has everything he would need. Lots of special touches. Very nice to have toilet paper, dish soap etc provided. So rare in a Vrbo these days. Would love to stay again in better weather!

This home was clean and welcoming. It felt like being at home. Right on the lake, it was quiet and relaxing with friendly neighbors. We would rent this cottage again.

Upscale cottage life on Indian Lake. Fully equipped kitchen for family meals. Mostly enjoyed the outdoor seating area next to the lake watching the wildlife.

The house was well kept, the owners were extremely courteous and attentive. We loved our stay.

The house is in a great location, we had a great lazy week by the lake. Super clean, with all the comforts of home. We went on a rainy week but still enjoyed playing all the board games and cozing up on the couch to watch movies. Breakfast at Lulu's dinner was delicious. Would definitely come back and see what it is like during the summer.

Breathe taking views of Indian Lake while drinking our morning coffee and watching the sunrise! Fantastic restaurants from American to Italian to Mexican foods and a fresh farm market around the corner to purchase food and cook in the gourmet kitchen. Daytime included various activities like fishing, hiking along the water front, bird watching, and many board games to play around the kitchen table. Finishing off the evening with a very relaxing, quiet and romantic moonlight evening over Indian Lake. Definitely coming back again next year and during the summer for boating because there is a private dock right out the back door !! Bonus— pet friendly and we were able to bring our dog!

This home was beautiful & the sunrises are breathtaking! Clean and relaxing is 2 great words to describe the home. Took my daughter and her friends to celebrate her 18th birthday and have a low key relaxing weekend (per my daughter's request) and this place delivered! 2 bedrooms with 2 full and 2 twin beds were perfect for them to be in one room and I could escape into the master. Fire pit and outdoor eating area were perfect as the weekend had unusually warmer weather for being November. I definitely recommend and will come back to again!

Wife and I was pleasantly surprised by the little things at this property. Nice updated interior with plenty of room. Wife loved the towels and linens. High quality! The outdoor fire pit with wood included, made it easy to enjoy the nightly ambiance of the lake. What a hidden gem at Indian Lake! Will rent again for a full week next time.

Just what the Dr ordered ! What a nice fresh and clean home . Beautiful fall views overlook the lake . Loved that my husband and I could getaway . Nice bonus that it is pet friendly ! Lola enjoyed it as much as we did !! We will book again for sure !!
