Lots of room for the whole family including 5 small children who slept on the pull out beds. Extremely clean and well stocked with ample kitchen ware. Towels are provided and Matthew was very responsive to any questions.

Grassed front garden is small but the kids still had a run around. The table and chairs in the patio area was great to sit out in and have a drink or morning coffee.

The house was great, really spacious, close to the beach. Our favourite part was definitely the garden. We sat out there every night! Matthew was a great host, very accommodating and great communication! Just a note that while there are 3 bathrooms only one is a full bathroom with a shower and a bath. The other 2 only have a toilet and basin. It was not an issue for us but we thought it wasn't clear in the description.

The property was clean, spacious and very close to the sea. It was well also very well equipped.

Another shower would have been very useful.

Nothing it was absolutely perfect

This is a large comfortable house in a quiet area of Worthing near to the Marine Gardens and the sea. It's about a mile's walk along the prom to the pier and town centre. We had a very pleasant weekend.
