Well set up for 4 people. Comfortable bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood.

This property was perfect for my first visit to Charlottesville with a lifelong high school friend. The location was very close to Monticello, James Monroe's Highland, and Carter Orchard, which we visited between Friday and Saturday. It was also a short drive to UVA, which we also toured on Saturday. The house was very neat and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for drinks and snacks. (we did no cooking!) The upstairs bathroom is very spacious and the beds were so comfortable!! Better than mine at home! Steven was very easy to work with and very responsive, especially when we tripped a breaker Saturday morning by running 2 hairdryers at once! I would definitely stay here again!

Townhouse was conveniently located to historical sights, UVA, downtown Charlottesville, good restaurants, and wineries. Safe location and property clean and nice with all amenities needed. Host checked to ensure all was well. If available, will stay here again on next visit.

Overall, great stay. The property was immaculately clean. Location is excellent and easy to access everything in town. Close to a few breweries as well!

We were very pleased with this experience.
Steven was communicative, and the townhouse was clean and conveniently located.
The beds were also probably the most comfortable I have ever had in a rental.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Stevens place was outstanding. Very clean, easy entry, and great communication. So close to Monticello, Carters Orchards and UVA. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Comfy and clean duplex with all you need to enjoy some time in Charlottesville. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was roomy, and the outdoor patio was nice to have.

Lovely townhouse. It has everything you need! Beautifully decorated and very nice linens. Two minutes from the downtown, five minutes from Michie's Tavern and seven minutes from Eastwood Farm and Winery.
