Clean, up to date, and in a great location. Nicholas was very responsive. Also loved that there was a place to park!

Great location in NOLA. Loved being near The French Quarter but not in it. Also, loved the walk to The Superdome. The unit has 4 very comfortable beds and all three bathrooms were great. Communication was great and check-in was easy. Only negative was a bit of pet hair on the floors (important for some people).
Thanks. Woudl stay again.

Great location. Easy access to French Quarter without being in the hubbub. Only one parking space available, so make other arrangements if meeting others. Space is just right for a girls weekend. Three bathrooms make getting ready a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

Place was very nice and easy to access. If you have car, parking is tricky. Parked in all day lot till 7pm then moved to street for the night
Nice coffee shop and market close by, also easy to catch trolley.
Place was clean, refrigerator is small not enough space for beverages for 8 people.
Thanks for a fun weekend in NOLA, we will be back

The property was a pictured. I was familiar with the neighborhood and from the front of the building it is a picturesque street. Looking out the back there are abandoned high rises nearby and many homeless.
The problem came when I wanted to park my car. Many open lots are nearby but not with security. I parked in several only to get out and see the surrounding cars all had anti-theft devices on the steering wheels and that was in the middle of the day. The one lot that had a gate that was recommended by the host and a local friend took payment but never gave a code for entry and had very bad reviews for vandalism and had more homeless outside.
After 45 minutes of searching I gave up and drove near Canal Street and parked in a high rise there. We otherwise felt safe and enjoyed the location but the parking was a major obstacle.
One of the other reviews mentioned moderate street noise. In the bedroom facing the street I needed earplugs to sleep but the interior rooms were quiet. There were no closets and no luggage racks, that is something small but would have been a big plus. TV is streaming so standard channels were not available, I used my Direct TV. Beds were comfortable, towels new and the unit was clean. As the other reviews mentioned the very small fridge made it difficult to even hold beverages. A second small fridge would have helped.
I would stay again if I did not have a car. We enjoyed our time.

Our group had a great time being in town for the TNF game. Close proximity to the dome and we mainly took Ubers too and from Bourbon street. Great food nearby and having 3 bathrooms for this many people was awesome! Super easy check in and was able to easily extend our stay by a night.

This property offered 4BR and 3 full bathrooms which was great personal space for the family and a friend. There was a nice market and restaurants within two blocks that was very convenient. Easy short Uber rides to the Quarter and other attractions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We stayed in the Ziggy Unit for my husband's 50th birthday celebration. We were 3 couples and the space was great! everyone had their own room and their own bathroom.
We were just close enough to walk to the French Quarter or grab an Uber/Lyft if we wanted, but more importantly just far enough out for a break from all of the festivities the FQ will bring.
As other reviews have mentioned, there is a Rouses food market just a block or so away that has everything you could need, a CVS, a coffee shop and various restaurants within walking distance. As a bonus, when telling locals (and my friends that have moved to the area) what part we were staying in, they all said how that's were they go to eat and escape the "crazy".
The elevator is a HUGE plus and that it opens up right into the unit is great. I only had to reach out to the property manager once and they were so kind and quick with their reply! There is a small fridge so keep that in mind when purchasing perishable foods/drinks. But when in NOLA, you are really there to eat the local cuisine! I would definitely stay here again for another long weekend trip to NOLA.

The location is great - close to streetcar line or short walk to the French Quarter. A few restaurants and convenient shopping within a few blocks as well.
The check in process needs improvement - codes for exterior doors not provided and location of elevator hidden and hard to find. But - the host was very quick to respond and aided our entry very quickly.
Overall - great place and location. Really appreciate having 3 bathrooms for a 4 bedroom place.

Ours was a group of 6 down for the 2nd weekend of Jazzfest. We all were extremely impressed by the accommodations and the location. The place was easily the perfect size for our group. The water pressure in the showers was great. the AC was extremely effective, the mattresses were very comfortable...as was the entire unit! We loved having private access via the elevator which lets you off directly into the unit. We thought the neighborhood was safe and provided us access to everything we wanted and needed! We felt we could easily get anywhere in the city we wanted to go with ease. And we also loved that we could store our bags post checkout in a safe/secure room on premises. Nicholas was also great and very accommodating to our various requests. Our entire group enjoyed our stay and all of us commented that we would stay here again the next time we were in town. I highly recommend the Ziggy Unit to anyone looking for a great place in NOLA!!! Until next time!! Thanks Nicholas!

We stayed here for a work trip in the Spring. There was plenty of room, the property was clean and comfortable, and we loved the decor and high ceilings. Honestly better than the 4 star hotel I stayed at earlier in the week. The manager was extremely responsive and professional. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a CVS and market just down the block and an easy walk to the french quarter. I would definitely stay here again the next time we're in town.

Apartment was in safe, walkable, and in great location. Very responsive and accommodating host. Luggage storage for late departure was wonderful bonus. Our group of four couples made it work but two rooms were very small. With luggage out and open there wasn’t much room to maneuver. Only room #1 has connecting bathroom. No closets. Room #4 has a hanging rod. Two rooms have a dresser. You might add bath mats and a trash can in main bathroom. A larger living area would have been nice for our late night card games. However, we will definitely stay again!

Our group of 3 couples found this property to be the perfect location for a 50th birthday celebration. It is close enough to the French Quarter to easily walk there, but yet far enough away from all the nonsense of the FQ and it's pretty quiet. It's located in a lovely neighborhood with restaurants and a cute little market. The unit is just as described and includes high quality bedding and towels. Nicholas is a very accommodating host (early check in/luggage storage on last day) and was always responsive. Our only critique is that it could use a full-size refrigerator instead of the under counter size, but that was disclosed in the listing photos.

We had a blast at the property. Nicholas was extremely accommodating and very communicative. I’d highly recommend staying with them because this location is perfect for catching the parades on St. Charles, eating at some of the best restaurants in the warehouse district/CBD, and walking downtown. I’m already looking into booking another stay with them for next year.

The apartment was clean, well-stocked with everything you need, and is in an excellent location near great restaurants and walkable to the French Quarter. It offered plenty of space to our group of 6 people (3 couples) and I would recommend staying here again. Nicholas was also very communicative and the check-in process was easy. Thank you for a great stay!
