This very attractive 2219 SF house offers 4 large bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2 separate sitting rooms for hanging out that even teenagers will appreciate! Lots of space for families and groups of friends to vacation together. There is a a beautiful modern kitchen with brand new appliances and a large island in case any of our guests enjoy preparing meals or snacks. You can watch the blue tide gently creep onto sugar white sands at the very convenient Public Beach Access #3. Conveniently located a bike-able 9/10ths of a mile down from Serenity on River Road. This Access #3 is equipped with restrooms and showers and also happens to be a great fishing spot, especially at night. Bring your bicycles with you to the Blue Tide Bungalow if you enjoy leisurely rides from the safety of long sidewalks. Enjoy Perdido Key flora and fauna as you cruise around on your bike. You might catch the Blue Angels practicing overhead for an air show. A couple of casual waterfront restaurants are within bicycling distance to Serenity. (One is well-known locally for sunset views over the Intracoastal waterway and one is well known for its fresh oysters and finer dining. Don't worry. You can wear flip flops to any restaurant on Perdido Key!) Perdido Key is a laid back, less developed beach community with plenty of public beach access and a gorgeous 8 mile stretch of marvelous undeveloped shoreline to enjoy at Johnson Beach National Seashore. Let me just start off by saying this property inside is gorgeous. It is laid out well. We loved having 2 living rooms...1 for the kids and 1 for the adults. However, we were a little disappointed with our stay. When we got there the stove top was cracked across the whole thing and one of the m(large) burners didn't work. Apparently, the management company knew about it but I'm very disappointed this wasn't fixed, or a rental put in. It is very hard to cook for a large family with only 1 big burner on the stove. It was however fixed a little less than halfway through our stay, thankfully. The kitchen is spacious, however, if you plan on cooking anything, bring your own pot holders, because they provided 1. There were only 2 kitchen towels and no kitchen rags. This home is supposed to sleep up to 14 people, however, there weren't enough towels and rags to cover 14 people. Not only that, while there are enough dishes, there certainly is not enough cookware. There are no big family pots or pans, so again, bring your own if you need them. There was a blender, but it didn't work. There is a nice little deck out back, but they don't have anywhere to sit on it. This could all be rectified by spending a little money on cookware, towels and some chairs or a sofa for the deck. This is not an easy walk to the beach... at all. However, Johnson Beach is a short drive and not crowded at all. We paid $25 for a week long parking pass. Clean bathrooms and no crowds.

Our family had a great vacation. The house was the perfect size for our family with adult children. The house was close to the beach access, and although it was a holiday week, the access was not too busy. The range top was cracked and one of the eyes did not work. The linen company only left 8 towels and no washcloths. We just picked up extras at Walmart. Lots of people parked on the street, which made it difficult to get in and out of our driveway.

The house itself is beautiful, and very spacious. Plenty of room for our large family of 14. There is not a pool, even though when we booked it said there was. That was a technical issue that I was not made aware of until a week before our trip. I was a little disappointed but I will say that the Perdido Key Resort Management did do several things to make up for that, and I was very appreciative and satisfied with their effort. The second floor railing was off the wall and the stovetop was cracked, but these were minor things. The parking was hectic and only two cars can fit in the driveway, which is ok for a one or two car family but we had three/four when a relative came to visit and it was a hassle. I wouldn’t consider this walking distance to the beach but it was a short drive. I would 100% book with Perdido Key Resort Management again, but the location of this specific house wasn’t ideal for our family. But let me say again how beautiful and spacious the house itself is!

The house was beautiful, walking distance to a great and not crowded beach. The only thing we were bummed about was the "free" activities for us. Turns out, only one person was free. That's fine, if we were expecting that. But everything we read and looked up online was misleading about it. Other than that, we would totally book again

Loved this place so much! I hated to leave, actually added on a day to my stay!! Very clean, beautiful furniture and very amazing location!! 1 mile walk to the beach!! Also the communication was top notch!!
