The property itself is very nice, spacious and comfortable.

We were provided with the WRONG ENTRY codes to the unit. The check in directions, as well as the directions to the property, were confusing. The first half of my party arrived early but couldn't find the property. In the end half my party ended having to book another place to stay for the night because they had small children. I arrived very late to property (around 3am in the morning) due to coming from a long distance. When I tried to enter the garage and the unit itself, NONE of the provided entry codes were valid!!! Imagine trying to get access to the property in the middle of a blizzard, which was the situation. The only saving grace was the property management company has a 24hr service line. After talking to a few representatives, I was able to get the right access codes for entry into the property. Mind you, I had 2 young children who were freezing cold in the middle of the night when this happened.
