This is our second booking and we have been pleased on both occasions. The townhome is exactly as described and very clean. It is close to campus and nearby to many options including quick access back to the interstate. 4 stars only because the train tracks are so close by that the sound at night is pretty loud.
Shay was very accommodating both times.
We frequent Baton Rouge for family and will likely continue to stay here for subsequent visits.

Property was amazing, practically new! The pictures have no deception! Wonderful location near LSU sports facilities, with easy access whether driving or going Uber. Perfect setup for our group of 6 adults and two kids. Bedding was very comfortable for all. Will stay again!

This is a brand new house. Shay the property manager worked very hard to get us additional items for the kitchen. He was very helpful and wanted to make sure we had a great experience.

Our family stayed for an athletic event at LSU. It was less than a 10 min drive to campus and so close to groceries, chick fil a, etc. master bedroom on opposite side of house from other 2 bedrooms so good privacy. Beds were so comfortable and rooms stayed dark for sleeping! As with anything in that area you do hear the train at night but turned on white noise on the phone and didn’t hear it anymore! Definitely would stay again!!!

Nice house with a super great floorplan. Was really nice to have access to the garage. Communicated with the owner in regards to a couple things we felt the house could use in the kitchen- overall it was a really great stay. We would stay here again.
