The kitchen was awesome.
The door from the bedroom to the living area was not good, and the door from the bedroom to the bathroom was not good either.

No breakfast was offered. We had a 4 bdrm apartment with a full kitchen. Wonderful!
The balcony was nothing like the piictures I viewed when renting the place. Picture was very deceiving. The trash can by the parking garage had an extreme amount of trash surrounding the can and overflowing. Not very welcoming and seemed a little sketchy.

The apartment is really big and new. It has all the forniture you might need and it has also a big garage where you can park your car for free
The apartment was quite dirty, they shall put more attention on the cleaning.
We had an issue with the Wi-Fi (we were not able to connect). I’m sure it was a temporary thing, but they did not manage to solve the issue.

The roof top views, it was so spacious and beautiful. The property was well maintained and secure.

The space inside was as advertised, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms - 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms- and they were nice for the most part. Bathrooms were huge for a “hotel” type place. Nice kitchen, roof top patio, washer and dryer in unit, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, coffee maker , toaster, full refrigerator, ( no ice maker) nice dishes, had some basic toiletries provided.
I am shocked at this location- booked because it said it was a great location- it was horrible!!!! Located next to weed shops , liquor stores, vacant lots loaded with trash, bars with blaring music so loud it sounded like we were in the front row of a concert inside with the windows closed 3 stories up , homeless people sleeping below, the alley to get to the parking garage loaded with graffiti and trash along with several very sketchy individuals, parking was awful- very few spots and so small and tight to get into, paper thin walls , sounded like we had competition cloggers above us, customer service was horrific-would never book again or recommend, actually shocked this property is allowed on the site. Floor turned your feet black, and towels were stained. Lights burned out in bathroom. Most windows faced a wall about a foot away, one overlooked the trash and a bar, patio small, absolutely filthy and boxed in with a wall and only 2 chairs for a space for 10 people. Obviously there was no lobby, pool, on site staff, or onsite restaurant, apparently I just need to stick with a resort type hotel.

This place was awesome. Very clean and roomy. I was skeptical that the affordable price i got it for that it was going to have plenty of flaws. However, it was very roomy and comfortable for a family of 7. Also location felt safe and having a balcony was nice. Very nice place to stay!

It was a large place with room to move. It also had a bathroom for each bedroom, making it easy for everone to get ready. Location in East Nashville with plenty around it. Also a short uber to Main st.

Place was massive and laid out well. Place to cook and clean was fantastic.
Floors need a good clean, feet were black walking around.
Air unit in cupboard was like a fighter jet all day and night, ear plugs and ambient noise machines provided but didn’t help.
Fan light in one room connected to the room above or there was a ghost turning light on and off all night.
Only one window on whole place looked to outside sunlight, balcony went to building wall next door that had been vomited on.

Loved the location and everything looked updated. Nice furniture
The A/C wasn't working and after speaking with two different people through the app we were told a fan could be provided until maintenance could fix it the following day. Unfortunately, wherever the team member delivered the fan was not the correct address as we were up until 3am waiting. A picture was provided showing where it was delivered and I replied with a photo of our front door showing they had the wrong location. We ended up going to bed rather than waiting any longer.
Also, our kids ran around barefoot and came up with completely black feet leading me to believe the floors aren't being adequately cleaned. There were also crumbs around the dining table and bar chairs.

The place met my expectations, it was nice and homey. The location was perfect. It had all the amenities we needed.
Some of the towels looked dirty or had stains on them. It was a little noisy with people going down the hall and the neighbors.

It didn't look like the kitchen floors or any floors had been swept or mopped.

It was cleaned well and had plates n glasses and utensils and pots and pans. Nice refrigerator and dishwasher. everything worked well and was really appealing to the eye.
I could EVERY single foot fall in the hallway and from the room about us(stayed on the 3rd floor). It was constant. Sounded like construction zone was right above our heads for the entire 2-3 days there. I sent a message about the noise and was told it wasn’t tolerated but never did it stop. Would be better with either more insulation or some kind of noise buffer.

There was a ton of space and it was close to several restaurants. I great little place to stay right outside of Nashville. Plenty of space for our family of 5. We rented the larger apartment and my kids loved having their own space to spread out as we have been travelling and staying in some smaller hotels.

Great location - very walkable to many things, particularly restaurants. It was a short drive to many other attractions. For the most part, the unit was clean. The only reason I didn't give it a top score is because there was some smeared butter on a shelf in the refrigerator.
1. Hated, hated, hated the sliding doors between the bedroom and bathroom and bedroom and living space. The doors did not close all the way, offering zero privacy. There just should never be sliding doors leading to the bathroom.
2. When we first arrived, there was an overflowing garbage can in the parking garage, just outside of the entrance to the lobby. It was emptied two days into our stay, but was overflowing in less than a day. I get that people are cleaning out their cars, but maybe put a bigger garbage can out.
3. A unit on our floor was cleaned, but the laundry/garbage stayed in the hallway for over a day.

Spacious.
Apartment that sleeps 10, yet only 1 couch and very little comfortable sitting/relaxing area. Bedrooms didn't have TV's or dressers. Very cheaply furnished. Clean-ish. Dusty. Wanted to love it, not totally impressed.

How accommodating the Sonder reps were to put us into another room after our a/c didn't work. They upgraded us which wasn't expected.

I felt like I was in my own apartment and not a hotel room . the location was convenient to many places we wanted to go . We Felt safe , there were multiple codes to get up to the room .

The property was very spacious and we enjoyed being able to spread out.
There is constantly loud music being played at either a club or recording studio nearby. All of my kids complained and it did make sleeping more difficult. We had loud neighbors above us that were stomping around into the wee hours of the night (1:30am).

The room was nice and comfy. Everything you need from extra dishes, towels and linen available as needed. The area was okay. The plus is food you have very close. Even a publix if you want to cook instead of eating out every day.
The parking and the ice maker didn't work. When we got there, construction was going on and it was a pain to figure out how to get in. We're not from Nashville so it was frustrating.
