No proper drainage and sink in bathroom, poor water heating system, lot of sounds from outside can’t able to sleep. The staff intentionally disconnected intercom lines, no toothpaste and toiletries, towels are a decade old and stinky. What not everything was worst. Don’t go with family. Only for lovers and prostitution.

Nothing, we didn't even get to stay.

We are family, booked rooms in advance. We were even ready to do the payment but the link we got didn't work. We even informed that we would checkin late and was agreed. Later, when we were at the hotel with family and a kid waiting outside at 9PM, we were denied rooms. At that time during cold winter, we had to search for different rooms.
