We are right in the heart of the Grove - one mile from Cocowalk (center). There are a number of parks within walking distance, two marinas, sailing clubs, shopping, restaurants and more! Getting Around: There is plenty of parking in a large front driveway that is protected and secured by a front gate that is remote controlled. If you don't want to drive, Uber is readily available in the area (5-10 mins to get). The neighborhood is very walkable to local parks and a marina. 5 mins away there is a bike rental shop (SunCycling) to get bikes during your stay. There is also a trolley that takes you from Coconut Grove to Brickell and the Gables that is walking distance. Other Things to Note: Please note: Parties are not allowed and a fine equivalent to twice the amount of the stay may be imposed if violated. After 11pm strict noise limits outdoors must be observed. Interaction with Guests: Our primary residence is in the same neighborhood only a few minutes away so we are always available to get you anything you need while you make our home, your home.
