Location! 2BR, pet friendly, in downtown historic Sanford. .The Front Porch is perfect for a family getaway. Decorated with modern flair but set around the original 1894 fireplace. Walk downtown to the local restaurants and bars. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, provide a comfortable, personable experience, and give you the feeling that you are at home. NOTE-the porch is currently under construction but only finishes remain. A temporary railing is in place, everything is safe and dry.

Nice place. Spotless. Great host. Great location. Would highly recommend.

Perfect getaway. Parked the vehicle and never drove until we left. Walkable location, beautiful parks, and the best dog park we have ever visited. Host was easy to reach and very responsive.

Perfect location for walking around the historic downtown area. Very clean and easy, responsive communication with the owner. Will be back again soon!
