First 2 stairs leading to unit need repair. Tiles have sunk an inch or so; first step was mostly covered with a thin piece of wood. I shared this info with the mgmt co. the evening I arrived, in reply to their email “hope all is well, we strive for a 5star review, let us know what we can do”.

I was not aware initially of the need for a pass code. Once received everything was great.

The agency I used to rent (Booking.com) should have provided more information from the management company regarding emergencies ( I left my phone with the code in the room). No one on site could help us with this problem. We did eventually get back in.
