Clean, large and nice place, lots of beds, mattress could be more comfortable

We were charged $60.84 because the bins were full and birds torn open one rubbish plastic bag open. They made it sound like it was our fault and without telling us first charged my CC, I can’t understand how picking up a torn bag costs $60.84 when it can be done in less than 5 minutes, also how are we supposed to control the birds from doing such thing? There is not enough bin space, extremely disappointed with the way it was handled.
