priced reasonably with spacious layout and equipped with kitchen utilities. we booked both apartment and studio, happy for the price we paid and what we get. nearby eatery & shops and the famous centrum mall. friendly staff that allows us to park 3 car in the basement
building look worn off, but can see that the management is starting to beautify from inside. can’t wait to see it complete. good luck
