In order to receive the entry code for your stay: - All guests must sign the renters agreement. - $500 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit. You will not gain entry until both of those are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email. House rules are stated in the renters agreement along with the associated fees for breaking those rules.
