Very much served our purposes attending a festival in Lexington. We were able to all get a place to lay our heads and a nice shower after a long day. We weren’t at the property long, but we had everything we needed and no complaints!

Convenient to Alltech Arena Kentucky Horse Park. Clean property in a residential neighborhood. All bedrooms upstairs with space on 1st floor to hang out.

Lovely property- We were a family of 7, this home had plenty of space and was very clean. The yard was great for two small dogs to run and play! Loved that the home was at the end of the street. Nicely updated and decorated!

The photos accurately show the furnishings of the home, but that is the best I can say about the place. A lot of little things should be improved for the customer's comfort. Some light switches seem to go to nothing. Three kitchen plug-ins did not work. Dirty windows had cobwebs, dead spiders and flies in abundance. We had to wash some of the dishes before using them. Paper towels/napkins for the kitchen are inexpensive, but we had to supply our own. Clothes hangers in the closets and doorknobs on closet doors are generally expected, but they are missing from this home. Written instructions about using the TV remotes and HVAC system would benefit the customer. The beds were clean, and the carpets were vacuumed. The bathrooms were clean as well. Our family has stayed at other VRBO properties, so this was not our first experience. Therefore, we were disappointed in renting this property because of the multiple little things that had to be overlooked.
