空間設計的超美

首先進房的時候 沒有先跟櫃檯確認拖鞋的數量 等我們要退房的時候硬是說少一雙拖鞋要加收150，讓人感覺很差 每間房間沒有電話可以打給櫃檯 需要任何東西都要走出房間跟櫃檯說 還有入口處不明顯 今天我們提早退房 發現司機會晚一個小時到 就把我們行李跟人都關在外面 就不理客人了 這家飯店的服務人員也太冷淡了 應該招呼我們進去等 直到車子來接我們不是嗎 只接把我們鎖在門外 超級差的體驗 而且入住價格還不便宜

staff are rude and didn’t explain on all the charges a lot hidden charges, even ask for a bottle of water they do charge. room is smelly , drain smell.
