The TV set have no live TV and we missed all super bowl playoff games for the week stay. The grill had no propane and was a rusted bunch of parts but was replaced after our fourth day stay. This will be good for new vacationers-renters. The oven door fell off while roasting butternut squash with olive oil salt and peppered cubes with a little cinnamon. but was fixed within two days so during the stay we had no TV or cooking facilities yet we made the best of it and ate out. I can recommend Porky's Bayside Restaurant and Marina try the cobia fish and chips substitute onion rings for the fries. I can recommend this rental now that every thing should be in order except the TV.
