Located in West Hollywood, this charming condo for £458 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Summary: Modern smart home in the Hollywood Hills, just minutes from the Sunset Strip. Enjoy breathtaking views from almost everywhere in the house. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Outdoor deck with grill and hot tub. Encrusted SONOS sound system throughout the property. Spacious patio for entertaining. Sunset Strip is about 5 minutes away, in addition to the many restaurants and attractions in the area. The Space: The bed configuration is as follows: 1st Master bedroom: King size bed with en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedrooms: King size bed with en-suite bathroom. 3rd bedrooms: King bed/ shared bathroom The two extra guests can sleep on the sofas in Living Area 1+2. We will provide bedding. The property has two spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and two outdoor decks, one of which has a barbecue and a hot tub. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage that can be used. Guest Access: The Guest will have access to the entire house. The Neighborhood: The property is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood minutes away from Sunset Blvd. There is plenty of street parking available in front of the house and you will barely hear any cars around that area. Getting Around: We recommend renting a car as the house is very high up in the hills. However, it is easy to get an Uber from the location. The nearest grocery store is 10 minutes away by car. Other Things to Note: NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (8 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION It's is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the Patio being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in. We may require a security deposit for some bookings. No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 8 people allowed in the house No music after 10pm Pets allowed on a case by case basis- please clear with host before check in- $90/per day per pet Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok) - $250 fine $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel $35 charge per stained pillow case $200 charge for stained duvet cover $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund. Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you! We also have a fleet of luxury cars that can be rented for an additional fee. We offer our guests a preferential rate when a car is combined with a property rental. Rates include all taxes and fees: - Tesla Model s Plaid 2023. Price starting at $250/day. - Aston Martin DBX SUV 2021. Price starting at $390/day. - Ram TRX 2021. Price starting at $230/day.

Absolutely loved this home. Communication with owners was easy and fast responding. Home had everything we needed for our week long stay. Very comfortable, amazing views. Love the location. Would definitely return! Only a few little things, the big back patio doors did not lock, we had to put a belt on the handles to ease our minds. The hot tub was not ready for use, the previous renters before us had broken the patio door to the hot tub so we could not use that door, but the property owners let us know that before we arrived. We would love to return again, was a wonderful stay.

House is in a different location than listed and the location is PERFECT. Amazing views, conveniently located close to anything you might need. Any inquiries were answered by host very quickly. Loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

Amazing location, beautiful views. The VRBO location is not accurate, this house is in an even better location in the Hollywood. Hills. Loved staying at the house. House could use a few more plates, glasses etc I’d give it 4.5 if an option

Our group had a great stay at this property! The property management was very quick to respond to any inquiries prior to our arrival and throughout our stay! The view was amazing for enjoying a morning coffee or glass of wine and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a long day exploring the city. Would definitely stay again!
