We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. It was a very easy check out with little needed on our part. We will definitely look for it the next time we are in town.

Fans in rooms are a must. Little confused on allowing up to 3 dogs of any size and not having a back yard for them to potty

This was the perfect stay for our move in weekend at Texas Tech. Nice house and little patio sitting area. Close enough to Tech for a stay to visit your kids.

Kim was a wonderful host that answered all questions fast! The house was missing a 13 x 9 pyrex and she made a trip to the house to drop one off. The house is very spacious and decorated very cute. The room with 2 queen beds was great. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very big! We did not need to use the sofa bed but it looked big and like it would be very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here!! The kitchen was perfect for us, the living room was very comfortable! Being able to use the garage was also a big plus! Thank you Kim!

The house was perfect for what we needed this weekend. Extremely clean and comfortable, and the property manager was very responsive. We were back and forth between the house and Texas Tech and the commute was easy. We will definitely look to stay here again!

I was amazed as soon as I walked through the front door. The home was immaculate and very comfortable. Being there to visit my 2 eldest, they enjoyed it as well. Especially the back patio which is very private. Plus no matter the size, pets are welcome at this property. The host was very attentive and responsive to any and all questions. Whenever I travel back to Lubbock, If available, this will be my home away from home. Thanks Kim you’re the best!
