CozyVilla is a great place to stay! Clean, Cozy and Rasonably priced.

We like and enjoyed our stay at the CozyVilla hotel.. we like how clean it is. And has complete amenities.

It was a relaxing place. Really enjoyed our time since the unit is overall clean and organized. Will book again here in

I like how it’s self check in. As an introvert, it really helps to just let us check in independently, no more waiting ‘n talking it was just smooth. The room was organized and clean, smells good too. There were no cockroaches (some units i booked have). Wifi was fast too, has netflix and disney+! The induction cooker was super cute too, really want to know where they bought it hehe it was sooo easy to use. They also got the basics such as toiletries, loved the shampoo tho haha

I think there should be a small electric fan since you can’t barely feel the cold when you are sleeping. The aircon was directed in kitchen area, it was more colder there.

It was okay but would have been better if the dining and living area was cooler

Due to hot temperatures of the weather the dining and living area was very hot. The air conditioning in the 2 rooms is not enough to cool down the dining and living area. The ceiling fan produced hot air. There should be an air conditioning unit in the dining and living area.

Our stay was good and would love to comeback again if there's another chance.

What I like in our booked hotel is that, the kitchen inside the condo was spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and clean as well. The internet connection was fast and steady.

What I didn't like was that there was no cabinet for our clothes/things. We have booked in holidays so the entry to the hotel was in busiest hours. The location is far from the highway so having a vehicle would be nice for easy access.

Really cozy as it said on the name itself ♥️ our kids enjoyed our stay 💕

The owners were confusing to talk to. Initially, I requested a room upgrade and was willing to pay for it. The guy confirmed on the phone that the City View room is available, so I asked how much I would add for the upgrade? He said there was no additional charge, and we'll have the room. During check-in, the guard wouldn't let us in because we weren't provided with an authorization letter. Called the owner, and she said the city view room was already given to another customer. She will give the garden view room instead. Only to find out the customer had already checked in in the garden view room and requested to be transferred to the city view room. 🙄 I was a little disappointed because i was expecting to stay in the city view room, but the lady just gave it to someone who decided to transfer. I didn't know why they did this even though I told them I was willing to pay for the upgraded room. Anyways, the ac in the room given to us had holes, and ants came inside the room cause maybe they smelled our food. It was kinda stressful because eventually mosquitoes also entered, and I had insect bites. I hope they fix it.

We dis not get to walk around the area. The unit is not as accesible to the pool and garden as I was expecting.

The location is a bit far. You definitely need a car but there are taxicle that passes by outside if need one.

The toilet drain was clogged the whole time we were there and had a bad smell. It was the only negative and had been disappointing.

Apt is nice and cosy for small family.

Smelly toilet with strong sewage smell throughout our stay. Water tap in toilet kept dripping water even after we tighten the tap.

PERFECT!

Super sulit ang stay. Perfect sa family. Sobrang feel at home. Yung anak ko di man lang umiyak or nanibago sa place. Maaliwalas at sobrang gaan ng ambiance. Sarap ng sleep ng junakis ko. Hehe. If babalik kami sa Tagaytay, dito ulit kami magbubook. Thank you, Cozy Villa!!!

The owner is accommodating. We even requested for a late checkout and they gladly approve it. The utensils and appliances are all well-maintained.

The location of the Pine suites. We need to walk several meters to go to highway because there's no more e-jeep or transpo available.

Good place to spend birthday with family

Clean place. Nice kitchen. Great view at the balcony (5th flr). Toiletries were complete. Extra linens were provided

Kitchenware was not as new as the ones from other unit we stayed in on the 1st floor.

Good for a private staycation for family

Place is clean. Kitchenwares are clean. Parking staff was very polite. Elevator was a big help for my senior mom.

Private parking space was outside of the Villas gate (which I didn't expect) had to walk around 100meters. Room was not spacious enough for 4 people (good thing 2 of the listed guests did not come with us) Refrigerator was too small, a 1-liter softdrink bottle wouldn't fit

The entire place was very pleasing and cozy. It has a very nice view from the balcony. When we arrived at the area, the room was not yet ready so we asked the owner if we could atleast check out late and without hesitation he granted our request. But overall, it is highly recommended for family vacation.
