Layout & sleeping arrangements: This is a 2-story home. - First floor: • 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed. Closet with hangers. • 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds, 1 futon, office desk and chair. Full bathroom attached with tub and double sink vanity. • 1 half bath. • Dining room, living room, game room, full kitchen with: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig, cooking ware, plates, cups & utensils. - Second floor: • 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds. Closet with hangers. • 1 bedroom with 3 twin beds and 1 futon. Office desk and chair. Closet with hangers. • 1 full bath. Guest access: You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated. Parking: 2 cars fit in the garage and another 2 can fit in the driveway behind the garage. There is also free street parking available. We don't allow more than 12 guests, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions. We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest. Pets are not allowed at this home. Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.
