As a guest, you have full access to any space in the condo (except my own bedroom), as well as any of the amenities. This listing is for a private suite in the condo that has a bathroom inside the suite closes and locks which turns it into you own apartment. The host (me) is present on the other side of the condo in the second suite. We share only the living room and kitchen. Be sure to take this into account before you book, as you may only receive a partial refund for cancellations. 1. Absolutely no smoking is permitted in the apartment. Guests are expected to smoke outdoors only. An additional fee of $200 will be charged to the guest for violation of this rule. 2.
