Enjoy the convenience of being near Purgatory Ski Resort (with access to a free on-demand shuttle), yet have the privacy and additional space of a home with a garage (one space is available in the garage with space for two additional vehicles in the driveway). The residence is adjacent to over a million acres of national forest land and the Purgatory Flats Trailhead (one of the finest hiking trails in the area) and backs up to Twilight Lake which offers paddle board and canoe rentals in summer/fall along with a walking trail around the lake. The residence has been outfitted to be the ultimate vacation with a great outdoor space featuring a private hot tub, gas fire pit and outdoor dining table. Inside, Starlink WIFI, Smart TVs (Direct TV is available on the Main Living Space TV), Arcade Game, Washer/Dryer, high end furnishing and linens. There is also a Tesla Charger in the garage. And while not needed very often, the home does have central AC for those occasional warm summer days. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
