Location is great Log burner was really cosy but take your own stuff to get it going. Lovely size rooms and nice views.

4pm is a bit late to check- in, particularly when check- out is 10am and there is a note asking you to strip the bed and make sure you leave the apartment as you find it. I would never leave any crumbs or washing up, but I do draw the line at stripping beds when I'm being kicked out at 10am. Bed in main bedroom is very soft so made for uncomfortable sleep, but that's just personal choice.

The location is fabulous with views to the sea and Bamburgh Castle. Choice of local pubs and restaurants, but need to book restaurants as very busy. Private parking.

There was only wardrobes in one of the bedrooms upstairs & curtain hooks missing in the 1st floor bedroom. Air ventilation didn't work in the bathrooms and they are in need of a good clean. The sofa was quite uncomfortable and lack of cushions for back support.

the setting is fantastic. the finishing date high quality and it is very comfortable

the instructions for finding the keys! they said just to open the box in the garage but there were at least six different boxes in different places and none of them was labelled! in addition it was only when reading the info in the flat that you could know which was the designated parking spot. both of these gripes would be really easy to remedy

The apartment is lovely and spacious with an amazing view of Bamburgh Castle.

We had a couple of small issues which we left a note so they could sort them out.
