Place all used towels in the linen hamper in the closet in the entryway. Inform host promptly of any damage or mishap. No loud noises from 10pm to 6am  No smoking/hookah/vaping in the apartment. If there is smoking noted guest will pay for deep cleaning by professional company to remove smell.  No house parties or events. No pets allowed.  The guest that is verified must be present at time of check-in. If verified guest is not present other guests would not be permitted to check in.  Guests will be charged the total price for the day if there is a late checkout without permission.
