The area is home to swanky hotels and several theaters where you can catch live music or comedy. There is an incredible variety of restaurants along Melrose Avenue, as well as boutique shopping and an occasional celebrity sighting to boot. Melrose is the setting for the MAK Center for Art and Architecture at the Schindler House, a unique performance space set in a former home. Although most Melrose residents own cars, the neighborhood itself is walkable, and there is bus service available. Other things to note Building amenities may have an extra cost. This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for one month, a year, or more. Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees. Parking is offered based on availability and is subject to a fee. We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings.
