It's the perfect size and layout- with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main level and the owner's suite, living room, kitchen, and dining room upstairs. Gather around the fire pit on the rooftop deck for late-night chats with your loved ones, or share a bottle of local wine under the stars. A full-sized washer and dryer on the main level are super convenient for longer stays or traveling with kids! In the garage, a treasure trove of beach gear awaits! Guests have access to the entire home, rooftop deck, washer and dryer, free WiFi, Netflix, beach gear, SUP board, boogie and surf boards, and bike. Please leave beach gear and boards in the condition you found them, and rinse off sand and saltwater before putting them away. :) Neighborhood This property is situated in a peaceful area of Oxnard and is conveniently located just a few minutes away from Kiddie Beach Park, Silver Strand Beach, and various dining options. You'll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and soak up some sun! Getting Around We suggest you use your own vehicle, but it is one block from the beach and 5 min. to local restaurants. Guests will love the easy garage and free street parking. Free street parking and boat parking are first come first served, and located just a few houses away (a very short walk). Guest fee of $20/person/night after 4 guests apply automatically with reservation request. 3. No Parties or Smoking Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. This is a high-fire zone! Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. 4.
