The views from this cabin are incredible! It was the perfect spot for a little family getaway. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed for three nights at the cabin and the first thing I will say is that the owner was very responsive and helpful. The views from the cabin are incredible. With that being said there were a few downsides. The driveway to the cabin is very steep and is mainly loose rock. I was not thrilled to drive my passenger van up the driveway as it is more suited for trucks or SUV type of vehicles. The cabin had obviously been cleaned but it appeared that no one had been inside for awhile as we found lots of dead lady bugs and stink bugs pretty much everywhere. As I said, it seemed as though the cabin had been cleaned but had probably just sat empty for awhile. If you have a vehicle with good ground clearance and want incredible views this is a great location for you!

The cabin was quaint. We slept on the fold out couch and it was very comfortable. The only negative was the driveway. I would recommend it for SUV only. In our sedan it scraped the underneath enough to do some mild damage. . The view was magnificent once I was parked. The upstairs bedroom needs a mirror. Watching sunset from the front porch rockers was very romantic.

This was our first time in the area, and we were pleasantly surprised with this cabin. Our host was very good with all communications and kept in touch during our stay to ensure our needs were met. Total privacy and great views from the deck. The queen bed upstairs was very comfortable, and the A/C units on both floors provided excellent cooling during the warm days and evenings. We used the outdoor gas grill for some of our cooking, and it worked out great. Made use of the toaster oven, coffee pot, microwave, and 2 burner cooktop. The refrigerator was small but large enough to hold all our frozen and refrigerated foods, which was great since we ate most of our meals at the cabin. It is a short drive to Lexington, which was a fun town to tour. We explored the local creeks around the cabin and had a great time in the area.

Great stay in this cute little. Description accurately describes listing. Two levels. First floor contains bathroom, living area, table chairs, sleeper sofa, and small kitchen area. Kitchen contains two burner cooktop, microwave, toaster, apart sized fridge and all the basic cooking supplies you would need. Second floor has day bed and queen bed. Deck with excellent view surrounds two sides of the cabin. Drive is strep but manageable (depending on weather). TV with streaming services and good WiFi. Nice communication from owners and best part of all is our little doggie got to come with us. We enjoyed it.

This cabin was perfect for our needs. We stayed for 9 days and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfy with our stay. Thank you and we will hopefully be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Virginia Mountain getaway. We loved the privacy and the views were awesome. The owner was exceptional helpful and nice. They went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of.

The drive to Natural Bridge is not terrible but the escape to the moutains is perfect. The driveway is a little steep would not recommend driving a compact car. The views from the front porch is worth every penny. They had basic toiletries, pots and even had chopped firewood to use. If you are looking to escape for a short trip this is the place to go.

My wife and I decided to get away for a few days right after Christmas, and this place was the perfect spot. Beautiful views, not far from shops and dining. The cabin was clean on check in and provided all we needed for a short stay. Would defiantly recommend.
