Nestled in Canmore, this lovely condo for £58 per night is a great option for your next trip. Our Mountain Spruce bright and airy condo is perfect for your stay in Canmore, whether you’re on vacation or to work remotely amidst the stunning Rocky Mountains. It comfortably sleeps four to six people, welcomes up to 2 pets and is equipped for individuals, couples or families looking to explore and enjoy this beautiful region. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen, this home features a dedicated workspace, fast wifi and many amenities that any guest will need for an enjoyable stay. Every inch of space is well-used, which is best visible in the open concept living area that combines the inviting dining area and the relaxing living room. In addition, guests have access to both a private in-unit washer and dryer as well as a shared BBQ grill on site. At the end of your day you can relax in one of the two outdoor patios featuring either a cozy private lounge space or million-dollar mountain views of Bald Eagle Peak, Charles Stewart and Mount Lady MacDonald. The condo is within walking distance of downtown Canmore where you will find excellent dining, great shopping, beautiful galleries and health & wellness services. For outdoor enthusiasts, trail or water adventures abound. They can be accessed right from within Canmore, including Banff National Park which is a short 15min drive away. As this unit is located on the first floor of a multi-unit complex, and is centrally located near the train that runs through the town, external sounds can be heard within the unit at times. The bedrooms have been equipped with white noise machines, earplugs and noise dampening, blackout curtains if needed. We ask that all guests be respectful of others that may also be staying in the building. No parties or events are allowed on the premises and no smoking within the condo is permitted. The health, safety and security of our guests is important to us. The condo is equipped with a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a well stocked first aid kit and a landline telephone. In addition, a camera is installed outside facing the front door and a noise decibel monitor within the condo. We also ensure a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. A 24hr security service is available for any on-site issues that arise. Our Mountain Spruce condo is a perfect home away from home while you explore and relax in the beautiful town of Canmore. Stayed for two nights. Clean and comfortable unit. Close to train tracks but white noise machine and earplugs were provided. I didn't even notice the trains. Would stay again.

This spot was the perfect mountain getaway at an affordable price. Tania was very easy to communicate with both during the booking process, and our stay. We so appreciated that the condo was pet-friendly as well. Though the property itself is a bit older, it is very clean, and well maintained. If you are someone who prefers a lot of natural light, it does not offer a lot due to the bottom level location, but in the summer, I imagine both patios would be lovely to sit out on. There were very clear instructions for checking in and locating the property as well, with a well-stocked kitchen. Tania was an excellent host! I would definitely stay here again :)

Great location walking distance to everything. The ground level unit with patio doors was handy for quick trips outside with the dogs. Well stocked kitchen made eating in (and enjoying a glass of wine) very easy. We had no issues with noise and the host was always very easy to communicate with.

Booked this on Labor Day weekend. The property was as described and well located, but we had some minor issues.
I would recommend a stay in Canmore instead of Banff as everything you need for a rental stay (restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) is within 5 minutes and you dont need to deal with Banff traffic.
Minor issues included:
-Oven was broken upon arrival with no plan to fix it. They did refund us $100, and we didnt plan to use the oven during our stay but it would've been a bummer if we had.
-Parking lot was full and we couldn't park in the lot overnight one night during our stay. There was street parking a block or two away, but still annoying. If you try to return after 10:00 p.m., you may not get a spot in the lot on a busy weekend despite parking passes.
-Loud property. The floor/walls are thin and we were woken up by active upstairs neighbor earlier than we would've liked. There's also a train track right nearby, which makes a weird noise. Overall, the property was quieter than my condo in a big city but not as quiet as i would've wanted on a vacation. I've stayed in a short term rental above a bar that was quieter than this place.
Overall, I would stay again and recommend this property, but I would not pay holiday weekend premium prices.

The place had everything we needed for a week long stay in Canmore and Banff National Park. It was clean and well keep. Beds where comfy and we all sleep well. Would stay here again.

3 friends exploring parks. Choose Canmore for cost, but did add some driving time. Unit worked out well and submitted a few items needing improvement. No air conditioner, so if the weather is quite warm, open windows will be incredible loud, however quiet when closed.

Overall the property is just like stated, however, it is important to note that it is sandwiched between a train line and a road and is downstairs so the living area is quite dark even during the day but they do provide white noise machines and ear plugs. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. It's well located so you can walk pretty much everywhere in Canmore and is about a 20 minute drive to Banff itself.

The property was just as described. We felt as a family of 3 that we had plenty of room to move about and it was a nice respite from the cramped motels we had been staying in. Washer/dryer was invaluable!! We were able to walk to the grocery store and prepare simple meals in the condo while relaxing on the small patio outside the bedroom recapping the day's adventures. Check in/out procedures were simple and owners quickly responded to a question. The area is not as crowded as Banff, and close enough (1 hr drive) to the major hike (Plain of Six Glaciers) that we had come to do. Amazing!! We would definitely visit again.

This property was clean, convenient and fully stocked. Tania and Scott thought of everything. We greatly appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that we could buy groceries in town and cook some of our own meals in house. There’s even a bbq on premises.
They also provided an reference app which answered any questions we may have had about the accommodation.
The location was great. We enjoyed hiking and exploring the towns of Canmore and Banff as well as visiting the Colombia Ice Fields 2 1/2 hours away.
I would highly recommend this facility as we thoroughly enjoyed it.

First off, Banff/Canmore is the best vacation my wife & I have ever taken. This place is literally a 5 minute drive from the entrance to Banff Nat’l Park, but without the super touristy feel. The place is a 0.5 mile walk or less to everything in Canmore & as I mentioned, super convenient getting into Banff. However, I imagine you’ll save a pretty penny staying in Canmore over Banff. Super walkable town, lots of bars & restaurants & it’s the closest unit to a super yummy bagel shop.
Tania was super easy to communicate with & fast to respond. We had 2 very minor issues (at no fault of the owners) that were handled quickly & appropriately. I would 1000% recommend staying here & we plan on coming back ourselves!

It was a really long trip and my family ended it with our stay in Canmore. After days of staying at different hotels every night, this was a great place to come to and wind down at. Very cozy and great mountain views from the bedroom!

Stayed for the weekend for a golf getaway. Much bigger than expected and very comfortable space. Location was convenient. We loved that it was on the ground level where we can easily take our dog out. Unit is well stocked with essential supplies. The only thing I would say is that you can hear the neighbors in the unit above walking everywhere but it wasn’t too bothersome.

This is a cute two bedroom condo in a great location. This unit was exceptionally clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed from the coffee machine to frying pans, salt and pepper - it was perfect. We had to contact the hosts when we got there to ask a minor question, and they replied to us within minutes. I would highly recommend this condo.
