Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with updated appliances, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a restful night's sleep from the day's adventures. Two picnic tables in the shady lower level will help add excitement to mealtime and aid in making memories that'll last a lifetime. THINGS TO KNOW Due to fluctuating tap water quality in the Village of Surfside Beach, it is recommended to bring bottled water for drinking and/or cooking during your stay. During times of elevated water contaminants, water coming from the faucets and toilets may have a yellow tint. The water is safe for bathing. To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. An outdoor shower is provided; please rinse off when coming back from the beach. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
