Welcome to “Paradise Found” by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes -Guest must be 18+ to book -Guests will have full access to the home - 4 bed, 2.5 bath The half bath is in the garage -Keyless entry -7 min drive to Roger’s Park man made beach -12 min drive Sun West park with - 12 min drive to Pine Island open beach - There is a floating dock so bring your water toys! Bedrooms -Master Bedroom: king, bathroom -Second Bedroom: queen -Third Bedroom: queen -Fourth Bedroom: queen, 2 twins Bathrooms -Master Bathroom: shower -Second Bathroom: shower -Third Bathroom: half bath only toilet, which is in the garage Need to Know -Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000. -After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS. -Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one. Essentials: -Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use. -Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay. -Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

My husband, my Boston Terrier and myself stayed for a week at this lovely home. The house is huge 3 rooms upstairs and a bedroom in the lower level. Very clean and spacious. The pool area is spectacular and having the covered pool was a bonus to keep out all the bugs and it was heated. We had some nice dinners in the patio. We would recommend this property to anyone.

This home was perfect for our stay while Scalloping. There is a screened pool, great for relaxing after a day on the boat. Cleaning crew did an amazing job. Plenty of towels, nice bedrooms. A very comfortable home. Most of the living area is upstairs. If you bring a boat just be aware that the dock in not a floating dock and the tide range is about 3-5 feet. Also, it is a very short ride to the channel...very convenient. The management was very responsive and quick to answer any questions.

This place was amazing. Perfect for our family! We could sit outback and watch the boats go up the canal and the covered pool was so relaxing. Would stay at paradise found again! Highly recommend!

Property was exactly as described! The house and the area had great amenities. Easy access to the Gulf and local restaurants that were fantastic! There are a lot of fun things to do very close by. The pool at the house was a big hit. It was the go-to place every time we came back. Thank you to the owners of the house and the host who did a great job!

We really enjoyed Hernando Beach! The house is in a great location, 10 minutes to shopping and restaurants, yet a quiet little neighborhood. We caught dozens of pin fish and catfish off the pier, and saw several sheepshead’s. Sitting on the dock with the tide up around your feet was really cool. Dark, clear nights where you can see lots of stars is a nice change of pace. The neighbors were very friendly. Less than 10 mins to Weeki Watchee kayak rental. The house was clean and seems to have been fairly recently updated. We would definitely go back

We enjoyed our stay! The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Plenty of space for the entire family to relax and enjoy the holidays together.
