The guy at check in was awesome, very friendly. Everything was clean and the hotel is in a great location. The only slight complaint was that the beds left our backs in somewhat of a stiff condition when we got up the next day.

Another absolutely amazing stay. I'm not sure what else there is to stay. It was the weekend where time "sprung forward" so I asked for a late check-out, which was granted. My only (on-going) complaint is the internet connection which I don't think the staff has any control over. Internet is fast unless you're a downloading large files where the Cisco Meraki limits downloads to 1mbps... Making it hard for video creators, game developers, or anyone needing to download large amounts of data. Since the connection is a 300mbps down/300mbps up, a simple reconfigure to 50mbps would be nice.ALSO, the IP points directly to "MP Jacksonville" so if you're doing anything where people can see your IP, you're giving them your EXACT location. Security risk. Use a VPN (although the Meraki will still limit you based on packets). The room was absolutely spotless and smelled fresh. Okay, correction. There was ONE spot of paint from the ceiling that fell into the bathtub. I thought it was a bug. A little paint thinner would take that up. But, you get what you pay for, I guess. Thanks again Rusty and staff.

While the property was new, easy to get to, and fairly clean, it was SO NOISY!!! If you don’t mind marines arriving back late a night and departing like a herd of elephants a few hours later in the wee WEE hours of the morning, then you should be fine. Personally, I won’t stay again.

The hotel was simple but clean. The front desk workers were nice but forgot to tell us how to get in after hours, which was a little annoying. We have family nearby, we would stay again!

I saw some reviews complaining of "paper-thin walls" and indeed they are. We loved this place, and the Manager, Mr. Wilson, was a delight. But during the night, close to 4:00 am, an alarm sounded in a nearby room that must have been unoccupied because it rang and rang for minutes (that seemed like hours) before being silenced. Our guess is a prior guest had set a room alarm clock that was set for the next night and the room was now empty. It rang for a minute or two (that seemed like eternity) before it was silenced. We also heard a dog barking in another room. Aside from that we loved this property, but I question if I will return because of my fear that I may encounter noisy neighbors that interrupt my rest. The room was large, a full-sized fridge, ample bathroom. comfy bed, even bring breakfast to your room on request.

After a very long drive this was the bright star of the day. Mike was so accomodating and really got our stay off to a good start. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We did find the handicapped showerhead placement a little odd. Overall a great stay.

Rusty, Sydney, Becca and the entire staff were above and beyond in every way possible. Accommodating, professional, friendly and funny. They didn’t leave anything to chance in helping me enjoy my visit. I would return and stay here 1000 times out of 1000! Thank you!

Loved the full kitchen but a few dishes and silverware would have been nice. The desk staff and cleaning crew were wonderful. The worst part was smokers at both entrances very near the doors so there was no avoiding the smoke.

This property is a new build hotel. It is clean and modern. The hotel is located close to many restaurants and the heart of Jacksonville. The airport is a 28 minute drive and convenient to Camp Lejeune and surrounding areas.

First night sucked. Was put on the 1st floor near the lobby entrance and got woke up by loud laughing/talking and doors slamming shut. Asked to be moved to 4th floor was a lot better. Room was clean, beds were very firm. When I asked for clean towels & wash clothes I was asked to bring my dirty ones down and then we could have some clean ones (what in the world?) Never have I ever had to do that. Especially when you pay for 3 nights..

I loved this stay, I only wish it came with a few dishes for the kitchenette and a few more amenities like a traditional hotel style breakfast vs. just the "Breakfast in Bed" option with the premade cereal/oatmeal/Jimmy Dean sandwiches.

The hotel staff is amazing and treats you like family. Amy assisted me with a wake up call and always addressed me by name whenever I came in or left. The hotel outside and inside was very clean. They also have a good selection of snacks and drinks late at night or early mornings when the places out in town were closed. The room also has a full sized refrigerator and a microwave and stove. I would highly recommend MyPlace AND it was the most affordable too!!!

This was a great place to stay. Reasonably priced and close to everything. I was hoping to be able to cook in my room but even though there was a mini kitchen with appliances, there weren't any dishes or cooking utensils. I will be staying again but know that there is nothing to cook with.
