The room was clean and modern. Can walk to the main road and shops.
The room was very noisy as it was on a main road with massive trucks going right by all night and no double glazing on the window. The room was also quite dark, and the lighting in the bathroom area was not great. I was also nervous about the code provided for check-in. It was quite easy to guess and I am not sure the code is changed after every booking, so I was worried that other people may have been able to access the room.

We booked and stayed at the last minute due to my daughter traveling during storms. The owners were so accommodating and lovely to her which helped her to feel safe given the unexpected drama of the storms and flash flooding/roads closed.

Location ideal and comfy befs and great facilities.
Canopy over stove in kitchen protruded and hit forehead twice. Everything else was lovely.

The key safe was difficult especially for an older person as the key safe was quite low down

Such a beautiful quaint setting right in the heart of Heathcote. Superb location. Our apartment had everything we needed. Huge comfy bed and extremely clean and fresh. Very friendly owners!!
Maybe in the larger apartment a small table that you could eat at, as there was a cooktop in the room, so cooking is an option.

The light from the street shone straight into the room. Even with the blinds down, it was really light in the room at night.
there was also no sound proofing between the rooms. sorry to the other couple who wouldn’t have heard our kids in the am

Heating wasn't great, however proprietor very responsive and attended to it immediately once notified.

The property doesn't provide a breakfast but there were plenty of options available on High St. Conveniently located for foot travel to many local attractions and facilities.
There was no hanging space for clothes and jackets.

The feaces left in the toilet. Surely the cleaner should have noticed this. I can only guess this toilet was not cleaned after the last guests. It left me wondering what else wasn’t cleaned properly.
