I stayed at Pagos palas hotel 7 days on my own. I travelled to Izmir to have a surgery. When I came back to the hotel after the operation I was in a terrible state and the hotel staff helped me so much. They bring me food every day, bought me water, yoghurt everything I needed. They were so kind! I couldn't have found a better hotel. They took care of me like my mum will do! I am so grateful to them for the week I had there. The hotel is super clean, the furniture are new and the wifi works perfectly. The location is great too, close to everything. Walking distance to every spot in Izmir. On my last day there, suddenly, phone charger stopped working and they find straight away a compatible charger for my phone. They saved my life! I will definitely come back there! Thank.you so much!

The Manager so disrespectful, when we mentioned about arrival time and double bed . When we arrived what I booked double room we’re not empty, even didn’t apologize for it . He even didn’t try to find solution and only offer solution rent one more room. So unresponsive.

位置在老城区附近，走路五分钟到老集市，周围很多当地小吃、餐馆，完美体验当地人文景观。房间卫生整洁。体验很棒。

La claridad del recepcionista para facilitar el acceso y la amabilidad de las señoras que estaban en el lugar. El tamaño de la habitación. Wifi excelente. Cerca de la estación del metro. El barrio.

Debería haber una silla o un taburete en la habitación.

Все было отлично. Приветливый персонал, который отлично говорит на английском, были очень внимательны и помогали во всем. Отличный просторный номер, чистое постельное белье, нет никаких насекомых и прочих неприятностей. С окна видны горы;) бесплатная вода в номере, тапочки и прочие мелочи, чайник тоже кстати есть. Отличный вай фай, который позволял загружать и смотреть все что нужно. Приятное лобби внизу, в преддверии нового года было красиво украшено все;) Расположение мне понравилось, пешком ходила до всех планируемых достопримечательностей. Рядом есть магазины, хаммам, кафешки.

Сильная слышимость, но это не редкость для отелей. У меня в номере почему-то не было основного света, но если честно мне хватило света в ванной и торшера, так что было неважно) и я не обращалась к персоналу на этот счет.

Centrally located, clean and cozy room and excellent host. Ander is also a wonderful cook. He cooked us dinner one of the nights and we enjoyed it immensely.

The drop off at the main bus station from Istanbul was confusing. If host had told us to come to Basmane square, it would have been helpful. He did give us the right address but the free service bus got the location wrong.

The hotel is modern and very nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The area is safe but needs some work

La atención del personal es extraordinaria, incluso nos reservaron un taxi a precio justo. Se nota que las instalaciones son nuevas (a pesar de tener algunos desperfectos menores). Se puede pedir bebidas y comida a toda hora. Buena relación precio/calidad

He visto comentarios que dicen que el lugar es peligroso. No creo que sea así, sin embargo, es bastante oscuro, sucio y bullicioso. Pareciera que el hotel desentona con el lugar, ya que se nota que está en mucho mejor estado. La cama que nos tocó no era cómoda.

L'hôtel se situe dans un quartier populaire dans une petite rue tranquille . Le personnel est très serviable et agréable. La chambre est propre et fonctionnel . Nous avons aimé de passer 2 nuit dans ce quartier authentique d'Izmir .

Ce n'est pas très bien insonorisé, on entend tout dans la rue comme si la fenêtre était ouverte.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Es scheint ein neues Hotel zu sein. Das Hotel liegt in einem authentischen Stadtviertel in Izmir (nicht touri-chic sondern einheimisch). Check-in mitten in der Nacht problemlos möglich gewesen. Schön gestalteter Empfangsbereich und auch das Zimmer ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal und die Besitzer waren äusserst herzlich und zuvorkommend.

A nice hotel, modern looking with nice staff. Location wise it's close to the clock tower, restaurants and money exchanges. A laundry and iron service is down the road called Konak Kuru Temizleme. A slightly run down area outside of the hotel, which was surprising because of how the hotel looks but I felt safe either way.

Sehr freundlich im Empfang genommen. Hilfsbereites Personal. Saubere und bequeme Zimmer. Gute Matratze. Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Sehr empfehlenswert. Was die Nachbarschaft betrifft sie sieht urig aus. Ganz normal für die Türkei. Ich habe kein Bedenken weder für Männer noch für Frauen. Die Gegen ist ganz authentisch.

Una estafa

Me acerque (como pude) al hotel con el coche y es increíble que esté en Booking, las calles son intransitables, la zona es sucia, insegura y obviamente NO COINCIDE para nada con las fotos del hotel.. Tuvimos que irnos con mi pareja y reservar en otro lado. Es engañoso de verdad el lugar. El alojamiento está en un vecindario de calle de un solo carril en dos direcciones, oscuro y de casas precarias! NO VAYAN!

Красивый уютный отель с чистыми аккуратными номерами. Близко к набережной, кафе и достопримечательностям. В шаговой доступности остановка общественного транспорта.

Задержали заселение на 1.5 часа, но персонал извинился. Вода и чай в номере платные.

The building has been beautifully renovated and decorated. Everything is new and well planned. The beds are comfortable, sheets and towels are clean. Air-conditioning and wifi work well. Shower is great with a shower stall and hot water.

The neighbourhood is not unsafe as others have commented. But the neighbouring streets have local markets and there is a lot of garbage on the streets. The people are likely more poor, but they are not at all dangerous. We walked back to the hotel after dark and it is safe, it just doesn't feel nice because of all of the litter.

Простой отель в старом квартале рядом и неподалеку с центральными улицами и набережной . Очень заботливая семья . Мужчины гладят белье . И это такая форма искренней заботы о клиенте как о человеке , которую ни с чем не спутаешь . Даже то что по моей вине был маленький потоп в номере по причине открытого гигиенического душа ( Я его открыла в тот момент когда недолго не было воды ) мне не вменили в вину . Убрали . Напоили вкусным кофе. Придержали пять часов чемоданы. Вызвали такси . Все это без лести и с улыбками . Думаю у этих ребят есть будущее и рост в развитие . К ним хочется вернуться не зависимо от того есть ли там звёзды . Белье чистое. Вода 2 бутылки Простой отель в старом квартале рядом и неподалеку с центральными улицами и набережной . The neighborhood - although we were a little bit stressed at the beginning, we don't have any problems.
